Dear Member:
This letter is to inform you that a violation of Kunia Loa Ridge Farmlands’ (“KLRF”) Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Reservation of Easements for the Kunia Loa Ridge Farms Agricultural
Subdivision (“Declaration”), the Bylaws of Kunia Loa Ridge Farmlands (“Bylaws”) and/or the Kunia Loa Ridge
Farmlands Association Rules (“Farm Rules”) (the “Governing Documents”) has been observed on date by
name. The violation and required corrective actions are described in further detail, below:

____ Violation of Rooster Limits of 2 per Acre. You are required to correct this violation by removing all roosters
on your lot in excess of two per acre within thirty (30) days of the date of this letter. If you do not make
this correction, you will be subject to a fine in the amount of $____ on the thirty-first (31st) day following
the date of this letter.
____ Marijuana Violation. You are required to correct this violation by removing all marijuana from your lot
within thirty (30) days of the date of this letter. If you do not make this correction, you will be subject to a
fine in the amount of $____on the thirty-first (31st) day following the date of this letter.
____ Dumping Violation. You are required to correct this violation by cleaning up all improperly dumped
materials within thirty (30) days of the date of this letter. If you do not make this correction, you will be

____ Other Violation. You are required to correct this violation within fourteen (14) days of the date of this letter.
