LP-Health-Education-10 Catch Up Friday

The lesson plan discusses depression and aims to enhance students' understanding of the condition. It will define depression, show a video on the topic, and have a group discussion on experiences with depression. Students will then perform skits demonstrating support for those with depression and answer evaluation questions distinguishing sadness from clinical depression, discussing social support's impact, and the role of stigma. The goal is for students to gain insight into different perspectives on depression and how open dialogue can help create a supportive community.
