CHARACTERISTICS OF CULTURE

1. Culture is learned because it is not biologically inherited. It is stated there that


Culture is primarily transmitted through the process of socialization, where
individuals learn the values, norms, beliefs, customs, language, and behaviors of
their society. People learn about their culture by observing the behaviors of
others in their community.
So as a future teacher, we need to learn the different cultures of our student to
foster understanding, promoting diversity, and building connections among our
student or people in other community.

of how cultural celebrations play a crucial role in preserving, showcasing, and
promoting the rich heritage of the region. Through events like these, the city

navigate the diverse cultural backgrounds present in the classroom.
Understanding the symbolic nature of culture will enable us to interpret the
various symbols, gestures, and language used by students. This will enable you to
create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that respects and values
the cultural diversity of your students.

Example of material culture.

Communicating culture refers to the practice and study of how different cultures
communicate within their communities, as well as the interactions between
individuals from different cultural backgrounds.
