Herewith is the Memorandum Circular No. 2024-032 signed by


Atty. Lord A. Villanueva, Officer-in-Charge, regarding the above-mentioned subject.

In view thereof, please enjoin all barangay officials to conduct assemblies on any
Saturday or Sunday of March 2024. The design of the barangay assembly tarpaulin,
along with other collaterals and annexes, is accessible through the link:

Further, kindly facilitate the updating of the Regional Summary Report and
submission of the accomplished and signed Annex C (HUC/CC/M Summary) and
