Slide Master • Slide master is simple way of applying changes to the entire slide. • Every presentation has at least one slide master, but you can have more than one. • It change all slide from one master slide • you can design choices, all the slides in your presentation will use the fonts, colors, and graphics in the Slide Master.

Slide view • The best view for editing slide content and layout • Also commonly known as Normal view • It is the main working window in the presentation. • he slide is shown at its full size on the screen. • It is default view of popwerpoint. • It show two tab Outline and slide in left side. Shows all the text of all slides, in a list on the left of the PowerPoint screen. • No graphics display in this view. • Outline view is useful for editing and can be exported as a Word document to use as a summary handout. • Useful for developing initial content of slides and for viewing text content of entire presentation in a linear form. Rehearse Timing • Set user time for every slide show. • Rehearse Timing can be a very useful tool that allows you to set up your presentation to play at a certain speed without having to click through the slides yourself. • Also, this allows you to practice your talking points. • This feature allows you to save timings for each slide and transition, and will start the power point automatically. Handout master • It is used to edit the appearance of presentation handouts, including the layout, headers and footers, and background. • It is used for print slide in paper. • It is also used to setup orientation of slide and handout with page setup. • It has default 6 slide per handouts but we can set 1,2,3,4,6 and 9.

Note master • It is used to print the speaker note . • It is also set the note page orientation and slide orientation. • Default note page orientation is portrait and slide orientation is landscape. (Note: handsout orientation is also portrait)
