Guilt

Guilt is caused when we do not agree with God about sins we have committed. We need to admit our sins, seek forgiveness, and turn away from sinful behaviors. Once we confess our sins, God will forgive us and cleanse us from unrighteousness. Guilt can be replaced with thinking on things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely and admirable. God promises that our sins will be removed from us and remembered no more.
