After the machine get heated to the set temperature the green light will start to blow indicating the machine is ready for joining of pipe & fitting Cut the pipe at right angles to the pipe axis using suitable pipe cutter. (Fig. 2) + Push the end ofthe pipe and fitting simultaneously without turninginto the other side of the heating tool (Fig. 3) Leave the pipe and fitting into the heating tool until the heating time is elapsed. + Atthe end of the heating time, remove the pipe and fitting from the heating tool and push those immediately against (Fig.4) each other, during this process do not rotate the pipe fitting Allow the joint to cool for the required time depending upon the size & pressure of pipe & fitting HDPE Pipes details: ITPF HDPE PIPES are(N) Nepal standard approved high quality HDPE PIPES. The pipes are made from flly fod grade PE100 HDPE (High Density POLYETHYLENE) material andare being used for water supply in hilly aswell slow lying areas.
