1. What difficulties did you meet in writing your lesson/learning plans?

- Aligning the material with the various learning styles and capacities present in the

classroom proved to be one of the challenges I faced when drafting

lesson/learning plans. It took significant thought and adjustment to modify the

content to meet different student demands while upholding the learning

objectives.

2. What feedback was/were given by your Resource Teacher in your first

draft/succeeding lesson/learning plans?

- The Resource Teacher provided constructive feedback on my initial

lesson/learning plans, emphasizing the need for clearer instructional objectives

and alignment with specific learning outcomes. Additionally, he suggested

incorporating more varied and differentiated assessment strategies to better

gauge individual student understanding.


3. What were the best features/areas for improvement of your lesson learning plans?

- The most effective aspects of my lesson/learning plans were the way I clearly

stated the goals of the session and included interesting activities to boost student

engagement. It was also noted that different learning styles require different

educational tactics. Refinement of the assessment techniques to guarantee a

more thorough comprehension of each student's development and the inclusion

of more explicit differentiation strategies to meet a range of learning requirements

in the classroom were areas that needed to be improved.

1. Why is lesson planning an integral part of the instructional cycle?

- Because it gives teachers a road map for efficiently delivering content, involving

students, and meeting learning objectives, lesson planning is an essential

component of the instructional cycle. Teachers can use it to foresee possible

difficulties, modify their lessons to fit the needs of a wide range of students, and

integrate procedures for evaluation to track their development.

1. The problems/challenges I encountered in writing my learning/lesson plans

- Writing my learning/lesson plans was difficult because I had to make sure the

material was suitably differentiated to meet the various requirements and learning

preferences of every student in the class. Careful thought had to go into making

the content interesting for all readers while accommodating a range of skill levels.

2. I hope to achieve to address these problems and challenges by

- I plan to implement varied instructional strategies that cater to different learning

styles and levels of proficiency within the classroom. This includes incorporating

alternative assessments and providing additional support or enrichment activities

as needed.

- I'll do pre-assessments to determine students' past knowledge in order to

promote differentiation, and I'll modify my teaching strategy accordingly. The

requirements of varied students will be further met by employing adaptable
