ABOUT THE PROGRAMME


Enrolment on the rolls of Hindustan Field Services Private Limited (Company) in a Training
THE ORGANISATION Programme, providing a Traineeship with Hindustan Unilever Limited, which is a Client of the
Company.

The ‘Training Stint’ of the Trailblazers Programme will be on the rolls of Hindustan Field
Services Private Limited (HFS). The programme will result in an opportunity to get deputed
with the Customer Development (Sales) function of Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) post
the completion of training.

Post completion of 8 months of your traineeship under HFS, based on evaluation of

performance, candidate will be given an employment opportunity with HUL as Trailblazer
in the Customer Development function.
ELIGIBILITY
Full time degree in Engineering/ BBA/ Pharma

LOCATION Across India


• Immersive deep-dive into the sales and customer development network of Hindustan
Unilever Limited using live-projects across channels for 8 months.
• Will be trained in Client Sales systems, process, and customer relationship
management.
PROGRAM FEATURES • Tier-1 IIM Postgraduation tie-up offered post confirmation on Hindustan Unilever
Limited payroll as TSO (Grade 1A) or equivalent role.
• The program will help develop a business perspective while getting hands-on
experience. It aims to build the skills, personality and outlook needed for a successful
sales career through the various training stints.

• Final Interview Rounds (2)

• 4.0 LPA (During Training period of 8 months - Hindustan Field Services)


• 5.2 LPA + INR 50,000 joining bonus (Post onboarding as Trailblazer on HUL payroll for
CTC • 12 months)
• 8.7 LPA (Post confirmation as TSO (Grade 1A) or equivalent role on HUL payroll)

*Terms of employment as in the Appointment Letter will be considered in case of any dispute.
