Key Responsibilities:

• Support Zone Leaders:


o Assist zone leaders in conducting regular 5S audits and inspections.
o Help identify and address 5S non-compliance issues such as raising
issue trackers etc
o Assist in developing and implementing corrective action plans such as
coordinating with 5s coordinators and steering committee head in
clearing the long pending issues.
o Support zone leaders in training new team members on 5S principles.
• Promote 5S Awareness:
o Create and distribute informational materials about 5S (posters, flyers,
presentations, etc.).
o Organize 5S awareness campaigns and events as the coordinator plans
and schedules.
o Lead or participate in 5S demonstrations and presentations.
o Share success stories and best practices with colleagues.
• Engage Staff:
o Facilitate open communication about 5S challenges and suggestions.
o Organize 5S-themed team-building activities and competitions.
o Recognize and reward individuals and teams who demonstrate
outstanding 5S commitment.
• Maintain and Improve 5S Standards:
o Participate in regular self-audits of their own work areas.
o Identify opportunities for improvement within their work areas and
communicate accordingly.
o Collaborate with colleagues to implement improvements.
• Stay Up-to-Date:
o Privilege to attend 5S training and workshops to stay updated on best
practices.
o Share new knowledge and resources with colleagues.
o Be a source of information and guidance on 5S for others.
