The purpose of this accelerator is to capture the delta requirements during the Fit-to-Standard workshops in the Explore phase. Preparation of release and sprint plan in late Explore phase.
Purpose Supports planning and management of the delivery of the solution capabilities in Realize phase, provides tool for planning & monitoring of the release & sprints. This template can be replaced
with backlog management tool if customer desires.

Master Data / Planning TMC has demonstrated Master Data of BOM, Super BOM,
Assembly, Phantom Assembly, Work Center, Routing
We can assign one
cost center to multiple
work center, but in
Master Data / Planning Plant runs in different shifts and have different activity costs like case of different cost
labour cost, electricity cost, etc for morning and night shift. centers need to be
assign in one work
center like for morning
In current practice Final Item (FG) i.e: Packaging code may not
be finalized till last from customer, they finalized PC code 7/8
Master Data / Planning days before delivery date.
So in that case which BOM will be used for PC Code either Super
BOM or Multilevel BOM?
Master Data / Planning Sometimes Production even start at inquiry level without any
actual Sales order and actual specification of Finished Good
User start production of yarn and gray fabric on sales order
Master Data / Planning colour confirmation, but packaging information will be confirmed
before delivery dates
Master Data / Planning User selling FG only but in Future they need to sell SFG like Gray
Fabric, Yarn etc, so how system will incooprate these planning
