Outlier Test Sample Result

This document reports the results of outlier tests conducted on several variables: water activity, tenderness, percent yield, moisture content, hue angle, L*, a*, and b*. For each variable and treatment, the number of observations, mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values are provided. Grubbs' test was used to identify potential outliers in the data at a significance level of 0.05. Any values identified as outliers are listed at the end for each variable.
