Every year more and more students choose to study online rather than attend classes on
campus.
what do you think are the causes of this? what solutions can you suggest?
Nowadays, it is pointed out that students are inclined to take a class on the Internet with respect
to going to school. I reckon it may happen hence the technology has advanced remarkably. What
can be the causes and solutions will be mentioned profoundly in the following essay.
To commence with, taking classes class online is much cheaper than attending any academy
owing to the cutting-edge technology. For instance, since there is no need to rent a place to hold
the lecture or buy a considerable number of textbooks, the fee could cut back on the prices
notably. These can be the main reasons why people prefer using online. It can be an excellent
solution that the institute set a price as inexpensive as the internet can provide. For example, they
can give the materials to the pupils by using a USB or send them by e-mail. It can be concluded
that even though the prices impact the choice of place for learning, there is a positive way of
solving the situation to vary the resources to use in the class at a department to reduce the cost
for both students and campus.
Another point can be if communities choose the teacher online, they will be likely to find the
right one despite living in a different city even from abroad which may be much more attractive
than choosing from limited options. Take this, for example, these days it is common among any
age group or country to learn a second language. In addition, they tend to study by using
applications as well as hiring tutors from their native countries because it is more efficient to
learn. The university can work on this with teachers from various backgrounds and areas.
Besides, it can result in interacting with others, and, similarly, they can have an opportunity to
discuss which can not be done easily on the internet. It is always thought that studying with
particularly skilled tutors must be online, and yet it may be facile to connect with those people in
the school if they try to change a conventional standard.
To sum up, in my opinion, there are a plethora of positive points to studying online such as
reasonable prices and options of teachers, whereas the institution can provide similar quality by
variation of materials and diversity of tutors. What is more, if they can solve the causes that can
bring the students to the Internet, it will probably be more beneficial to learn on campus.

Every year more and more students choose to study online rather than attend classes on
campus.
Why do you think students prefer to study online? What can universities do to attract students to
study on campus?
Studying online is becoming increasingly popular amongst students, compared to traditional
based classes. This essay will discuss why students are more interested to go for online studies
rather than visiting classes, and what institutes can do to get them back to the classes.
There are several reasons why children today prefer online education as an alternative to face-to-
face classes. The primary reason is a convenience for students, as they do not have to travel to an
education center for the lectures. Moreover, they save time by opting for the distance-learning
course, as a result, they get more hours to study along with performing extra activities instead of
investing time in travelling. The second reason would be the effectiveness of e-learning. Pupils
can use the lectures to the fullest by reiterating them whenever they want, which helps them
resolve doubts if they have any by listening lesson again. For instance, if a student needs to
understand something that is missed during the first e-lecture, they can play the tutorial again to
understand it.
There are several schemes which educational bodies can imply to bring the students back to
classes. Firstly, they can limit the number of online classes. For example, if a student wants to
have e-education they only get a part of the lecture the rest they need to visit the college and
have to finish. Secondly, institutions can provide on-campus accommodation facilities at a
reasonable cost, this will attract more students as their travelling time will reduce and they will
be able to attend lectures at the college.
In conclusion, the main reasons for opting for e-learning are because it is convenient for far
residing children as they can save and effective as it helps to resolve doubts by listening to
lectures as and when they want. However, the universities can attract more pupils by restricting
e-training courses and by providing hostel facilities to all the students.

Studying online is far more effective than studying on campus. To what extent do you agree or
disagree?
The effectiveness of online education is arguable. However, some people are of the opinion that
online learning is far more productive than traditional classroom-based learning, whereas, others
do not. Why online study is significantly more persuasive than campus-based study will be
debated in this essay accordingly.
Studying online is undoubtedly effective. Numerous cognitive scientists have worked for
decades regarding the enhancement of the efficiency of e-learning. In addition, this technology is
considerably convenient-enough to empower people to learn efficaciously. For instance, one
research article from Harvard University, based on recent studies of the past 5 years, advocates
that online learning has successfully dominated over campus learning by 75%. Comprehensively,
an online medium of learning is an extensive and productive approach in the modern world.
Contrarily, on the other hand, there are some people who are still in support of traditional
campus-based learning, endorsing their idea by the fact that there is no alternative to face-face
classes. Furthermore, they augment their belief by stating that on-campus lectures and tutorials
give full access to the pupils to get the maximum of their abilities from their professors, unlike
online classes where you do not have such freedom. Moreover, the habit of waking up early
morning to go to attend their classes not only makes the learners punctual but also, develops the
importance of their time in them.
In conclusion, I would pen down the words that indubitably the efficiency of e-learning cannot
be denied. Even though there are some drawbacks to lacking in-person encounters with teachers,
online education gives us greater opportunities to learn overall.

Some people believe that studying online is more effective than studying on campus while
others disagree.
Discuss both views.
With cutting-edge technology, nowadays many people prefer studying online more than studying
on campus. But there are some who still believe in-person interactive sessions are much better
than online-based sessions. This essay will discuss both the views in following paragraphs.
Internet-based study structure is more convenient than face-to-face classes. Firstly, online based
can be flexible and less time-consuming for students. wherein they can interact with their fellow
classmates just by using their laptops from home. Moreover, they have the flexibility of
attending classes from any part of the world. For example, if a person has a part-time job and
attends a college session, he/she can access from their workplace at a given time provided with
good network coverage. Another example, students save time by not rushing to classes, where
the possibility of getting stuck in traffic is high. Hence, online classes are much preferred by
students these days over campus-based classes.
However, some people may disagree with the view of the online-based structure. They prefer
going to college and attending classes. In this way, students can interact with their fellow
classmates and teachers directly and help them discuss their problems in detail. For instance, if a
student faces a problem in their thesis and needs correction by a mentor, he/she will have to meet
the respective mentor in person to discuss it in more detail. Therefore, online sessions may be
convenient but less effective than campus-based sessions.
Some people believe that studying online is more effective than studying on campus while others
disagree.
Discuss both views and give your opinion which one you think is most effective.
As can be seen, there is a huge number of people who decide to study online as it is more
effective for them. However, others do not agree with this. In my opinion, I think that there are
advantages and disadvantages to online learning. We will discuss both views in the following
paragraphs.
Let's focus on the advantages. Firstly, studying online is much more effective than studying on-
site because students do not have to spend money on transportation. According to high school
research, a grade 10 student spends approximately 50 baht per day going to school. Therefore, it
is a pro for students to choose to study online learning rather than study in colleges, universities,
or schools. Secondly, students can be able to study better as they can record voice or video while
studying.
However, there are also some advantages of online learning. One thing is that students will lack
face-to-face communication. Although teachers and teachers see each other faces via video
conference, this does not really make them practice how to manage themselves when they meet
others in reality: how to greet, dress, and act. Moreover, studying online is difficult for
examiners to control bad activities like cheating. Although many examiners assigned examinees
to open the camera while they are doing the test, the examinees can find other ways to cheat,
such as asking for permission to go to the toilet during the exam or pretending that they lose an
internet connection.
In conclusion, even though many people believe that studying online is more effective, there is
also a disadvantage that they should not look over. I believe that studying on-site is more
effective for me as we can enhance our social skills along with academic skills. Therefore, I
should suggest the school should split the students in half. The first half goes to school every the
1st and 3rd week of the month, while the rest stay at home and come to school on the 2nd and
4th week of that month.

Some people think that studying online is more effective than studying on campus.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of online study?
In this contemporary world, technology has invaded numerous aspects of people's lives,
especially the educational sector. Thanks to the internet, many students can recently attend their
classes online instead of in classrooms, which is considered a more effective teaching method
according to some people. In this essay, the merits and demerits of e-Learning will be discussed.
Regarding the positive outcomes, one of the main benefits of distance learning is the
convenience offered. Since students can receive any required course from the comfort of their
homes, they are given a golden opportunity to gain more through joining any lectures around the
globe. For example, if an Egyptian student wants to earn an MBA degree from any prestigious
university in Australia, he will get it without encountering any difficulties to travel there.
Another advantageous impact is the affordability of courses at various times during the day.
Because of this flexible schedule, students can freely adjust their timetable. Therefore, they can
balance their work duties, study and their personal issues as well.
On the flip side, those webinars have some drawbacks that should not be overlooked. Due to
conducting courses via screens, student-tutor’s interaction would be limited. This results in a
noticeable defect in students' social skills as they could not learn how to discuss and interact
effectively. Additionally, online learning only emphasizes theoretical content. This is because it
is highly challenging to do practical sessions virtually. For instance, those who are enrolled in
medicine and engineering programmers are required to perform practical procedures in tandem
with theoretical knowledge in order to complete their studies and be certified.
To conclude, even though e-learning has become a more convenient flexible way of conveying
information, it also holds some cons such as the decline of real interaction and the lack of
practical sessions

Some people believe that studying online is more effective than studying on campus while others
disagree. discuss the advantages and disadvantages of online learning.
Nowadays, with the advancement of technology, some people find online learning more
effective. In this essay, I will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of online learning
against on-campus study.
There are two primary advantages of online study. Firstly, it is far less expensive than attending
on campus because it saves a lot of money. Students do not need to spend transportation fees or
gasoline. For instance, they don't need to go to universities thus saving a lot of money.
Secondly, it is far more convenient because they are now able to study in the comfort of their
home w/ just a click on their computer. They can log in anytime they want. If they need to meet
their mentors or professor, they can easily meet them virtually or chat with them. communicating
with the faculty is very accessible with the use of gadgets and the right applications. A recent
study by Harvard University showed that online study is far more effective because of its
convenience. Overall, it clearly shows that e-learning is more effective than face-to-face study.
In contrast, there is also a downside to online study. Firstly, students will not be able to develop
their self-confidence because of fewer interactions with other people. Also, they won't be able to
develop other skills because of the limitations of online study, unlike in universities where there
are facilities available to students. For instance, school facilities are always available on campus
such as a gym, library, music room, theatre etc. Based on research conducted by a US university
showed that campus study is still preferred by 85% of students. Overall, with the social
limitations of online study, some people still preferred face-to-face learning instead of online
study.
In summary, with rising of distance learning, some people preferred this mode of education
because of its effectiveness and accessibility. The advantages of online learning outweigh the
disadvantages.
