x 4mm, SHLDR, SOC, SS
3. Remove 1x 580490, Body, Left Side, TR3750.
4. Replace 3x 380071, Bearing, Ball, 20mm x 32mm x 7mm Sealed.
5. With 580490, Body, Left Side, TR3750 removed, extract 580503, Sprocket, 15T 06B, Metric,
Modified and 580494, Chain, Endless, 88 Pitches.
6. Disconnect wiring from and extract 2x 151102, Gearbox, Worm 25:1, Floating, 580503, Sprocket,
15T 06B, Metric, Modified and 580494, Chain, Endless, 88 Pitches.

7. Separate 2x 151102, Gearbox, Worm 25:1, Floating, 580503, Sprocket, 15T 06B, Metric, Modified
and 580494, Chain, Endless, 88 Pitches. Replace those items removed with new components as
necessary.
8. At this point 1x 580505, Tip-Up Assembly, TR3750 should be free from the tractor body. Remove
1x 580505, Tip-Up Assembly, TR3750 from tractor body.
9. Replace with new 1x 580505, Tip-Up Assembly, TR3750 if required.
10. Replace and reinstall 2x 380071, Bearing, Ball, 20mm x 32mm x 7mm Sealed.
11. Reinstall 1x 580505, Tip-Up Assembly, TR3750
12. Reinstall 2x 151102, Gearbox, Worm 25:1, Floating, 580503, Sprocket, 15T 06B, Metric, Modified
and 580494, Chain, Endless, 88 Pitches
13. Reconnect wiring to 2x 151102, Gearbox, Worm 25:1, Floating.
14. Reinstall 1x 580490, Body, Left Side, TR3750
15. Reinstall 11x 101210, Screw, M5 x 35mm x 0.8 Pitch, SOC, SS and 2x 101027, Screw, M5 x 6mm

INSTRUCTIONS - OPTIONAL IN-LINE POWER FILTER
KIT FOR GENERATORS

Installation of this optional in-line filter kit are to be used only if instructed by
Aries service personnel.

The in-line power filter kit is designed to be used when there are power issues that are
related to generator inductance, this causes the Sentinel to shut off intermittently. The
filter kit consists of a filter box, and an outlet box that is hard-wired by the customer to
correct the power related issue.

Refer to schematic 310574 in this manual. The input feed for this filter box should be
wired and connected from a 230-240VAC 2Pole, 50/60Hz source coming from a
dedicated circuit breaker for the Sentinel, or a dedicated outlet. Quick connects have
been provided for connecting the input & output wires to/from the capacitor. Please use
caution when making the capacitor connections utilizing the details provided on
schematic 310574. A hard-wired connection must also be wired from the output of the
filter box to the input of the provided outlet box – which will then utilize the plug supplied
with the Sentinel system to complete the circuit. Hardwired connections must be made
by qualified personnel always ensuring proper grounding and wiring practices per local
electrical codes.

RETURN EQUIPMENT IN ITS ORIGINAL CASE. Contact Aries Customer Service
department for instructions and/or questions.
Note: Equipment needs to be cleaned before returning to Aries.
