Listings
We are experts obtaining all the information regarding
the property you want to list, once we receive the photos
from you, we will do the rest. We only need your MLS
credentials to complete it. The listing process includes
from reviewing, filling out and signing the listing
agreement (through an E Signatrue platform in a
professional way) until the listing is active in the MLS and
with visibility for the realtors in the area. Includes
property flyers and promotional campaigns.

Showings
We do the entire showings process for you so you can
visit the properties with your clients without losing time
in calls and related tasks. All you have to do is provide us
with the list of properties and tentative dates and time.
The showings service begins when you tell us which
properties your client is interested on. We put together
the agenda for the showings day, we contact the listing
agents, finalize the details of the showing and send you a
detailed report so that all you have to do is go with your
client to the properties.

Transactions
We can help you, after your approval and the granting of
your system credentials, to upload your transactions by
updating the important dates and uploading all the
documents you require. This includes sending
documents for signature. This process starts from the
moment there is a contract executed by both parties
until the closing day. We will closely monitor that all
parties involved, such as the Tittle Company or the
association for example, have all the information and
deliver the documentation on time.
Contracts
In this part of the process, our specialists will help you fill
out contracts of any kind, so your offer will be sent for
signature through Docusign. We will also help you with
the signature processes to execute the contract. If you
have doubts and don't know how to fill out a contract
this service will have your contract executed in record
time.

MLS Search and comparables


You don't know how to use MLS? It doesn't matter at all!
