For an excellent rating, the table or graph must accurately depict the figures creatively and provide an informative visual representation to help readers understand the data. A very satisfactory rating requires the figures be shown correctly and neatly with a visual support for readers. A satisfactory rating means the table or graph tries to show accurate data but may not be presented neatly enough for understanding. A needs improvement rating indicates an attempt was made but it does little to help portray the message.
