The Philippine Elementary School Principal Association (PESPA) Schools Division of Bulacan shall hold its Sth Philippine Elementary School Heads Development Program, a venue to enhance the culture of holistic learning, patriotism, and the virtue of love for children with the theme, “Upskilling School Managers on the Realization od DepEd’s MATATAG Agenda- Bansang Makabata, Batang Makabansa” on April 10 -12, 2024 at a venue to be announced later. 2. This development program aims to: a. Emphasize the role of school heads in helping teachers to stay strong and motivated in the face of uncertainty and adversity; b. Inculeate good manners, responsibilities of good citizens and develop respect for the dignity of individuals and society. c. Highlight the role of values in the effective management of schools; d. Equip school heads on Basic Education Research Agenda; . Hone the competencies of school heads on the implementation guidelines on Innovation Management and Application Project of Learning and Development, and of Education; £, Educate school leaders on legal matters pertaining to governance and operations; and g. Raise awareness on mental health. 3. _ The target participants are the elementary school heads, head teachers, TICs and OICs. 4. Enclosure No. 1 is the Training Matrix with the Resource Speakers, and members of the technical work group as reference. 5. A registration fee of six thousand five hundred pesos (Php 6,500.00) shall be charged from each participant to defray expenses for hotel accommodation, meals, venue, honoraria for speakers and other administrative costs chargeable against school MOOE/Iocal funds as reflected in the school 2024 AIP. Likewise, transportation/travel expenses can also be charged to MOOE/school/local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 6.
