Alco offers two types of distributors: Venturi-Flo and Nozzle Type. Venturi-Flo distributors use a permanent venturi to evenly distribute refrigerant, offering low pressure drop and a operating range of 50-200% capacity. Nozzle Type distributors have a body, interchangeable orifice, and retaining ring, providing flexibility by changing just the orifice for different applications. Both distributor types are selected based on factors like refrigerant type, number of circuits, evaporator capacity, and temperature to provide efficient distribution to multi-circuit evaporators.
