ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
Introduction
Objectives
The main objective of the training was to enhance the participants' understanding of
basic preventive maintenance dashboard creation and advanced Excel functions.
Additionally, the training aimed to provide an opportunity for participants to interact
and learn from each other's experiences.
Participants
The training was attended by 16 participants from different schools within the
district. The participants were teachers who were responsible for ensuring the proper
maintenance of school ICT equipment.
Training Highlights
The training was conducted in a highly interactive and hands-on manner to ensure
that participants had a clear understanding of the concepts covered. The following
topics were covered during the training:
The participants were provided with laptops and given the opportunity to practice
creating preventive maintenance dashboards and using advanced Excel functions.
The trainers provided individualized support to ensure that all participants were
comfortable using the tools and techniques covered in the training.
Venue
The training was held at the DCES LRMDS Center, which provided a comfortable and
conducive learning environment. The facilities were well-equipped with the necessary
resources, including a reliable internet connection, laptops, and projectors.
Conclusion
The district echo training on Basic Preventive Maintenance Dashboard Making and
Advance Excel was a success, with all participants gaining valuable knowledge and
skills that they could apply in their respective schools. The training provided a
platform for participants to interact and learn from each other's experiences,
enhancing their overall understanding of preventive maintenance dashboard creation
and advanced Excel functions. We thank the DCES LRMDS Center for providing a
suitable venue for the training.
