RATIONALE

All teachers and Staff at the Pagadian Junior College (PJC) Incorporation should give equal
treatment to the students. Are you interested to know how your academic performance and well-
being affect the time of day you attend classes? A comparative study on day students versus
night students has been conducted to explore this topic. The study aims to provide insights into
which students perform better and are happier. The consequences can help you construct
knowledgeable determinations about your educational schedule and lifestyle options.

As we know, the teachers and staff do their best to give the students an excellent experience
as they grow and learn from our beloved PJCI. However, sometimes things go differently than it
is because they also have their duties and priorities. Sometimes, they cannot see or pay attention
to some problems or misconceptions in school, such as being unfair or treating the day and night
students differently. After all, usually, they listen more to the day, students, when they have
something to rant about or complain but on the other hand, the night students struggle with the
problem caused by the day students, such as the garbage they leave after class, and they blame it
on the night students. Moreover, when the night students speak up for themselves and say what
they want, they always feel left out and unheard. So how can we fix this situation without
offending the school about our opinion about them being unfair

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY:

This study points out much importance. Misconceptions of the school and the main reason
we have explored this study is to give or enlighten staff and teachers or on behalf of the school
on the problem we are experiencing right now. Moreover, for them to realize that we should be
equally listened to and heard, for we also have rights and concerns. Because we are all students
with the same goal but different perspectives in striving for it. So why not help out each other
than pulling one another

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The problem we are facing here is the unfortunate unfair treatment of the school to their students.
We cannot be perfect when it comes to handling one another's personalities, but we should also
care for the other parties' needs. We can't just focus on one side because equal treatment is what
these students deserve for they are just doing their duties as students, and being caring and
understanding to them helps them/us to be active in their studies and prevent giving students
hard times so they can properly learn and grow to their knowledge.
