Five Senses

This lesson plan aims to teach kindergarten students about the five senses. The teacher will motivate students by asking what body parts are used for hearing, smelling, touching, seeing, and tasting. Students will then participate in activities using their senses, like looking at pictures, listening for sounds, touching different textures, smelling perfumes, and tasting candies. The teacher will summarize that the eyes are for seeing, ears for hearing, nose for smelling, tongue for tasting, and hands for touching. An evaluation matching exercise is planned to assess learning.
