1. Specify vehicle information from the VIN
Enter the VIN
①
(17, 10, 9, or 8 digit number).
Click on <Search>.

The corresponding vehicle information
③ is displayed.
When the 『Vehicle Model Select』 is displayed, specify the appropriate model
from that screen.
Return to <Operations>

2. Specify vehicle information from the frame number
Enter the frame number model.

Enter the frame number.

Click on <Search>.

Vehicle information is identified.

- When the 『Vehicle Model Select』 is displayed, select the appropriate model.
- When the 『Catalog Code Select』 is displayed, select the appropriate catalog.
- A catalog marked yellow in the Model Name field is a catalog filtered by the
difference in optional parts. However, even if the Model Name field is in yellow, a
vehicle which has its Frame No. field in pink cannot be filtered by the difference in
optional parts.
- Notices are posted for products not yet registered in the electronic catalog.

3. Specify vehicle information from model name or catalog code
Search by model name
Enter one or more alphanumeric
① characters included in the model
name.
Example: CAMRY
Click on <Search>.

When the 『Catalog Code Select』

is displayed, select the appropriate
catalog.
A search can be performed even if the search field is left blank.

Search by catalog code
Enter the catalog code (6-digit).

Click on <Search>.

4. Specify the vehicle from the model
Enter the entire model name
Enter the vehicle model.

Example: KPJ10L-CGDSSA
NGJ10L-BGXNGA
Click on <Search>.

Vehicle information is displayed.

Filter the target by a portion of the vehicle model name
If the full model name is unknown,
①
perform a search using any of the
following methods:
- Enter at least the first 2 characters
of the model name and add a hash
mark (#) at the end. (Ex: KG#)
→ All vehicle models that start
with KG are searched.
- Enter at least the first 3 characters
of the model name. (Ex: KGB)
→ All vehicle models that start
with KGB are searched.
Click on <Search>.

5. Specify the model from the characteristics
To filter the target vehicle by

characteristics after specifying the
catalog code, click on either
<Charac> or <F3 Charac>.
When the 『 Characteristics 』 is

displayed, select the characteristics.
This function cannot be used when the model is specified.

6. Check the notice details
A message is displayed when the

vehicle information is defined.
- No message is displayed if there is no notice.

7. Check the car details (factory shipment) (e.g. tires, battery size)
In a catalog which has been filtered
①
down to one part number, if the
vehicle information is defined by
the frame number, the car details
(factory shipment) are displayed.
In a catalog which has been filtered down to one part number (Model Name field in
yellow), only vehicle information that has been identified is displayed.
A frame number highlighted in pink means a special vehicle in which information is
not displayed. “Car details information cannot be identified or no information” is
displayed.

8. Create a memo associated with the vehicle
Click on <Memo> to attach an

associated memo when a frame
number is defined.
The 『New Memo』 is displayed.

The frame number must be specified in order to attach an to attach an associated
memo to a vehicle.
To delete memos, select the rows you want to delete, then click on <Delete>.

9. Search for an oil/fluid part number
Click on <F7 Oil/Fluid> while the

catalog code is defined.
