APPROVAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS


Before the employee can take a holiday or make definite arrangements, they will need to obtain approval from their Line Manager. Requests should be made on the
appropriate holiday request form which should be approved by the Line Manager who will submit to Human Resources to maintain records. The notice period
should be at least double the length of the holiday. For example, five days holiday will require a minimum of ten days notice. The Company will make every effort to
enable employees to take holidays as requested. |However, if business needs make it necessary for employees to be at work requests may be declined. The
employees' Line Manager will inform them, as soon as possible if it is not possible for the employee to take the holiday as requested. Both the Line Manager and HR
must approve the holiday and HR will communicate to the employee the outcome of the request.
