Maintenance PROCEDURE

ACCEPTING NEW LEASE CONTRACT


a) Ancillary admin together with the unit owner, maintenance

b) List all damages or materials ,fixtures that need to be fixed

c) Ancillary will relay all the damages fixtures to the unit own

d) Ancillary will do quotation and submit letter job order and

e) Once approved and payment is made ancillary will request

f) Ancillary will buy all the needed materials and forward con
