 ABSTRACT

Industrial training helps us learn new Technology, stay

updated with market demand, and make us aware of new
developments and development skills. It also improves skills,
time management, practical skill, communication, problem-
solving, and many more. I learn new things during 6 weeks of
training.
There is a new experience during the work. In this training,
we have studied the general layout, types of major equipment
and their specification, cost, safety procedures, etc., and this
information was collected through expert talk, mentor, and
Google.
I have completed the training of 6 weeks in SVGS
Academy under the guidance of expert talk, mentor and
department teachers.

The success and eventual result of this industrial training

involved a lot of support and help from many individuals, and
I am immensely grateful to have accomplished this during the
culmination of my training work. Whatever I have done is

ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE OF
INDUSTRY AND GENERAL LAYOUT

SVGS Programming Academy is located in the

Malvan state of Maharashtra. The address of the
academy is 10, Pride land, Opp.ST stand Malvan – 416
606.

INTRODUCTION OF INDUSTRY

SVGS Programming Academy was started in 2020.

It is an academy that provides computer programming
language courses as well as provides academic subject
classes for Computer Engineering students. It also
provides help for projects for small businesses as well as
students’ micro-project.

 CHAPTER 5. SAFETY
PROCEDURES FOLLOWED
SVGS programming academy provides a safe and healthy
environment for the students who enroll in this academy. Safety
procedures followed in this academy are: -
- remove your shoes and sandals before entering the

academy.

- make sure the phone is on silent or flight mode.

- do not directly power off the computer system button.

- after completing the work don’t forget to shut down

the computer.

- do not talk irreverently in the institute.

- read all the instructions carefully before installing

any software.

- do not switch on the switch with a wet hand

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE

At first, I didn’t have any knowledge about

python and about developing a GUI. From this
industrial training in SVGS, I have gained knowledge
and learned about python and now know how to
develop GUI in python, its features, and many more
in these 6 weeks of Industrial training. I learned how
to use python widgets, define a function, modules,
packages, tkinter, etc. I developed some projects with
the help and guidance of industrial supervisors.
I also learned about communication and teamwork
while participating competition held by the academy. I
learned how to build a resume and all the necessary
information to know while giving an interview.

 CHAPTER 7. SHORT
REPORT/DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The project I developed in this industrial training is

a stone paper scissors. In this project, I created a GUI
with widgets and functions taught by our industrial
supervisors. I used widgets like buttons, Label, entry,
etc. to create a GUI.
With the help of this project, we can play stone
paper scissors game. I used the define function to use
these functions on my project.

SPECIAL/CHALLENGING
EXPERIENCES ENCOUNTERED DURING
THE TRAINING

The challenging experience I faced during this

training is the daily homework given by the industrial
supervisor, surprise tests, and additional competition
held by the industry to make us learn about teamwork
and communication with other interns.
