Introduction

Review of Literature
According to Fain (2017), in order to validate the need for a study, an updated literature
review is vital. The cited literature is all pertinent to the research problem. The literature
review defines the knowledge gap and it is clearly understood how the researcher
reached the objective. The concept of the literature review is included which states that
knowledge of institutional guidelines and how they are perceived and adhered to by
nurses is limited. A brief summary of relevant literature and implications to the research
reveals five professional practice guidelines for VAP prevention and chose the three that
were used most often to describe adherence guidelines as well as explore how user
factors, guideline qualities, and contextual factors influence adherence (Kiyoshi Teo et
al., 2014). The resources used are primarily primary sources which, according to Fain
(2017) means they are written by the person who developed the theory or conducted the
research (p. 88). There appears to be no secondary sources which is good because an
appropriate literature review mainly reflects the use of primary sources (Fain, 2017, p.

In Book III Chapter one of The Nicomachean Ethnics, Aristotle has his explanation of
the meaning of the voluntary act and involuntary act. He thinks the criterion for judging
whether a man should be held accountable for one of his actions was whether he had
acted voluntarily. As the main idea of book three moral virtue, Aristotle starts his
discussion from point out the issue of moral responsibility, which can be considered as a
basis of moral virtue, because if a man cannot be responsible for the action he did, then
