Bowie Jacksons Trading System -Additional notes

What is orderflow
Orderflow shows the buying and selling pressure in the market by

showing the total volume of trades being executed. See whats

getting respected and whats not and use this information to

determine the most probable direction of the market .

Ex: supply getting respected in premium as well as bearish fvgs.

B ullish F VG s getting ran through, sweeps at highs and

displacement through lows, this all shows me that we are in

bearish institutional orderflow. If you have a bullish draw and

prices body closes strong above a bearish F VG then it can be a

great market long entry.

Time-Based liquidity (TB)

Q uarterly Ope

QUARTERLY THEORY CHEAT SHEET

AM D X or XAM D
If Q 1 = A, then Q2 = M Q If 1 = X, then Q2 = A Q2 (mainly manipulation) and Q3 z
(mainly distribution) are the kill ones

Only trade M and D Q2 Q3

( - ) X reversals happen at HTF POI’s

Manipulation doest need a sweep, move above Underline = true open of the 90 minute cycle, lies near key levels

the true open is enough. if we wanna long, enter below TO, short, enter above TO

Manipulation typically guides the trend for the

distribution, which is its contrasting concept.

What are macro’s

A macro is a window of time where you expect the algoritm to do something:

price will most likely seek an imbalance and/or create a MSS and/or take out liquidity.

When macro is showing us all these different things together, its high probability.

Use macros to frame trades. Only use this as an extra confluence If there are already multiple confluences with my trading system.

If a setup is formed during the macro window, it can offer great trades.

It’s where HTF candles open and where price runs begin.

(doesnt need to complete in the window).

HTF objective not met -> macro will create setup and deliver towards that objective

HTF objective met -> macro will roll against profitable positions

You need a draw and fvg to enter in. (inefficiency to liquidity)

best to look for macro confluence on the M1 timeframe

True opens
True Open ( Q T) = start of Q2 of every cycl
