1. PM

Rescheduling PMs when switching to Completed status (12301)

A new setting has been added to the Company form which enables one to choose whether one wishes
to reschedule PMs when the WO is closed or when it is switched to Completed status.

If one chooses ‘Reschedule the PM if a WO is Completed (or equivalent)’, rescheduling will take place
when the WO is switched to the following statuses: Completed, Completed (equivalent), Closed and
Closed (equivalent) and the PM will be rescheduled from the actual end date.

Rescheduling rule: new operation (5044)

The ‘Reschedule PM on WO closing’ setting has been moved and its operation has been changed. This
setting is on the company form – PM Settings tab, and on each PM.
The setting now includes three options.

1- Never reschedule: When the WO is closed (or switched to Completed status), the PM will not be
rescheduled.
2- Always reschedule: When the WO is closed (or switched to Completed status), the PM will always
be rescheduled.
3- Enquire whether to reschedule or not: When the WO is closed (or switched to Completed status),
the user will be asked whether they want to reschedule the PM or not.
When changing to 7.7, this setting will be set as Never reschedule if Reschedule the PM on WO closing is
not checked, and with Enquire whether to reschedule or not, otherwise. This setting will also be set in the
same way on all the existing PMs.
The setting on the PM form prevails over the setting on the company form.
When creating a new PM, the setting Reschedule the PM on WO closing will be set with the value of the
company form.

It is also possible to simply modify the value of this setting across all PMs.

To do so, on the company form, PM settings, you must select the option you desire then click Apply to all
PMs. A confirmation message will be displayed:

The Yes answer affects all the unarchived PMs.

PM to WO only if WO closed: new operation

In the same way, the setting PM to WO only if WO closed has been moved. It is now visible on the PM form
– General tab, as well as on the company form – MMaint.ini tab.
When changing to 7.7, this setting will be set on each PM according to the value of the setting on the
company form.
When creating a new PM, the setting PM to WO only if WO closed will be set with the value of the company
form.
The setting on the PM form prevails over the setting on the company form.

Start time of WOs generated (13619)

A new setting enables you to define the planned start time for WOs from PMs.

When a PM is triggered, the WOs will have their planned start time set to: 15:10.
If the setting is blank then the time of WOs generated will be 00:00.
This setting prevails over the Define the start time of a WO setting as the time created (Company
Form/MMaint.ini).

The WO generated retrieves the value of the asset’s current meter

(13920)
A new setting is available on the company form – PM Settings tab.

If the setting is checked, on a WO from a PM you will see the current value of the asset’s meter.
If the setting is not checked on a WO from a PM, you will see the value of the PM’s trigger meter.

2. WR

New WR free status

It is possible to configure a new status for WRs.

This new status is equivalent to the Sent status.

When a WO switches to In progress, the WR switches to the status

equivalent to sent (DMA)
For MM users who already have DMA licences, a new setting is available.
It is on the Application management form – Settings tab.

If a WO from a WR switches to the status chosen in the dropdown list, then the WR switches to the status
configured.
You can choose the following WO statuses: To do and its equivalent, In progress and its equivalent, and
the free WO statuses. You can choose the following WR status: free status equivalent to sent.

Date a WR was last changed (14315)

The date a WR was last changed is now saved in the database (in the DATE_MODIF field in the T_DI table)
but it cannot be seen on the form.
This field is updated with the date and time when:
- The WR is saved
- A WO is generated from a WR
- A WR status switches due to a change in the status of a WO generated (with the settings: WR
processed if all the WOs are closed and WR completed if all the WOs are completed)

3. WO

The user only sees work in which they are involved (12845)
The impact of the setting “The user only sees work in which they are involved” has been modified to make
it more comprehensible for the users concerned.
This setting previously reduced access to “forbidden” WOs, but from now on, WOs are no longer visible in
the different lists.
A user who has this setting enabled can only see WOs in which they are either a technician or a supplier.
This setting affects the different WO lists available (on the asset form, the part form, the order form, the
schedule and the workload schedule). Note that on the WR form, for WOs generated, all the WOs are
visible but access is restricted.

Set the actual start date when switching to the ‘In progress’ status
(3324)
A new setting in the company form – WO Settings tab, enables you to set the actual start date at certain
status changes.

When the setting is checked, the actual start date will be updated when switching a WO to To do or
equivalent in the following statuses: in progress or equivalent, completed or equivalent, closed or
equivalent.

4. Fixes
• 14470: The archive cost centres tab on the asset form is no longer visible on MM Express.
• 14413: It is possible to create a command after creating a new database via MM.
• 14410: The schedule shows the right data in December view.
• 14402: When inputting a quantity or a comment on an inventory session (warehouse staff),
this switches to in progress.
• 14392: Consistent labels on the inventory form (warehouse staff), comments and analyses tab.
• 14391: A recording of an inventory session (warehouse staff) maintains the data already
inputted.
• 14225: When the status of an inventory (warehouse staff) is switched, the storage location of
a session with criteria is maintained.
• 13908: If the closure date of a WO line is not entered when the WO is closed, it will be set with
the WO closure date.
• 13712: When the quantity of a WO line is negative, the total cost of the line is calculated
correctly.
• 12075: A part import no longer updates the fields not selected in the import file.
• 11600: When a WO line is deleted, the corresponding movements are not deleted.
