Fetal Distress 3

A nursing care plan was developed for a patient experiencing fetal distress secondary to uterine rupture. The plan included continuously monitoring the fetus throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery to assess well-being. Interventions like checking vital signs, consciousness, bleeding, fetal position and heart rate were to be implemented and evaluated every 5-15 minutes to ensure the safety of the mother and fetus. After 30 minutes of interventions, the healthcare providers were able to continuously monitor the fetus and meet the goal of assessing fetal well-being.
