the grinding wheel or machine.
 Remove work piece from grinding wheel before
turning machine off.
 In order to prevent respiratory illnesses, be sure to ensure
dust control and sufficient ventilation.
 Use shield plates or other means to protect operators from
sparks.

(within 15 meters) or noise which may impact on air
quality or communications shall be suspended while the
entry is underway and for the full duration of the entry.
 Oxy-acetylene gas cylinders shall be kept outside of the tank
at all times to prevent accumulation of harmful level of
gases in case of gas leak.
 Never leave oxy-acetylene nozzle inside a confined space
during long breaks to prevent possible accumulation of gas
inside the tank.
