An explanation of and important information

about your proposed personal loan

Before we can process your application for a loan we must provide you with some important explanatory
information about your proposed loan. You should read this document carefully along with the
Pre-Contract Credit Information document, which contains details of the credit agreement, to help you to
decide if a loan from us is suitable for you. You can consider this document in your own time and contact
us using the details shown at the end of this document if you have any questions or require any
additional information.

Please do not sign the credit agreement until you have considered all the information we have
provided (including the terms and conditions of the credit agreement) and you are satisfied that you
understand the information and the structure of the loan and that you wish to proceed to borrow from
Oplo PL Ltd trading as Oplo.

Is this loan suitable for me?

You have requested a personal loan for £10,000.00.

You must also pay an Acceptance Fee of £395.00. This sum will be added to the amount of credit and
interest will be charged on these sums at the fixed rate of 13.20% per annum.

Your loan will be transferred free of charge to your bank account by BACS transfer and will generally
arrive on the same day of the agreement being approved.

A commission may be applicable and paid to the relevant Broker/Credit Intermediary who introduces you
to us in connection with the proposed loan agreement. Please contact us if you require more information
about the commission payable.

Repayment terms and costs of your personal loan

You have requested a loan for £10,000.00. The interest charges will total £5,488.64 if you repay each of
the 48 instalment repayments on time. You will repay a total of £15,883.64 comprising the amount you
borrowed, the acceptance fee and interest charges over 48 monthly instalments. You will pay 47 monthly
instalments of £330.91 followed by a final instalment of £330.87.

Each repayment will be due on the same date each month with the first payment falling due one month
after the loan is advanced or such other date as shown on the agreement (the Payment Date). We may
agree an alternative Payment Date at your request.

If you repay on time each month you will pay interest on the balance outstanding, so you pay off part of
the capital each month the interest charge reduces accordingly.

We will only lend to you if we are satisfied that you can afford the loan offered and we ask you to please
make sure, before borrowing, that you are confident that you can make the loan repayments as set out
above.
Making Repayments

For as long as you owe any money to us under this agreement, you shall make monthly payments on the
payment dates by direct debit under the mandate you provided together with any applicable charges
imposed under this agreement. If you are in financial difficulties, or suspect you will have difficulties in
making your repayments, we will show forbearance in considering alternative repayment arrangements.

If the payment date or any other dates set out in the agreement should fall on a Saturday, Sunday or a
public holiday, then payment will instead be attempted to be taken on the working day before.

We may consider accepting repayment by the alternative payment methods, for example standing order
or BACS. Please contact us for further information.

Please ensure that you can make the repayments when they fall due. If your circumstances change and
you cannot meet the full instalment repayment due on the Payment Date, or you are experiencing
financial difficulties, please get in touch with us as soon as possible using the contact details provided
above so that we can discuss the options available. If at any point you inform us that you are unable to
make the repayment due to a change in your financial circumstances, or where making the repayment
would cause you financial hardship, we will endeavour to agree a reasonable repayment plan and treat
you with forbearance.

We will not, without your consent change the payment dates without giving you 10 days prior written
notice. Any requests from you to change the payment dates shall be at our absolute discretion.

Consequences of Default

If you default on your payments under the consumer credit agreement by missing payments or making
payments late, we may charge you default charges and default interest (at the contractual rate) on the
balance outstanding. This will cause the total cost of the debt to grow.

If you default, our charges are as follows:

1. £12 on each occasion the amount falls into
arrears by virtue of a returned or missed payment;
2. Reasonable expenses and costs that we may
incur in tracing you if you move address without first
notifying us;
3. We may charge you up to £90 for each collection
visit we or our agents make to you;
4. Any reasonable expenses and costs we may
incur in taking other steps to enforce our rights
against you under the credit agreement.
5. We will not charge default interest on late
payments.

Missing payments can make it more difficult for you to obtain credit in the future and may result in legal
proceedings.
Your right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from the credit agreement before the end of 14 days beginning with the
day after the later of (i) the day on which the agreement is made, or (ii) the day on which you receive a
copy of the executed agreement or (iii) the day on which we advise you in writing that the agreement has
been executed in identical terms to the unexecuted version (a copy of which has already been given to
you) and that you have the right to request a copy of the executed agreement prior to the end of the
