Annexure-1

For APTOnline Meeseva Franchisees


Responsibilities of
Franchisee:
1. Following amounts to be paid to APTOnline Meeseva Centres based on area per year while
entering into MOU
Area Non Digital Token Refundable Interest
refundable Certificate Key Free Security
AMC Fees Fee Deposit
GHMC 5,000 800 400 20,000
Non GHMC 5,000 800 400 20,000

2. The service charges payable to Franchisee shall be as per APTOnline Ltd Policy. The
Service Charges payable to the Franchisee’s are subject to change from time to time which
will be intimated to the Franchisee’s whenever there is a change in that regard. APTOnline
does not commit itself or promise for provision of any work or specific work for any specific
period under this Agreement. The lists of services to be offered by Franchisee’s are subject
to change at any time or from time to time at the sole discretion of APTOnline. APTOnline
shall have the sole discretion and authority in this regard.
3. APTOnline shall pay the service charges to Franchisee once a month, after the reconciliation/
verification with the concerned departments, which includes verification of the transaction as
regards to reversal, duplicate and wrong transactions etc. and subject to receipt and
realization of corresponding amounts by APTOnline from the corresponding Departments.
4. Auto Top-UP: Franchisee needs to open a Current Account in a Bank and the amount can be
transferred electronically to APTOnline Ltd account for getting corresponding Top-UP to do
transactions.
5. The Franchisee is not supposed to collect any amount from the customer, towards his
commission. Any commission will be paid by APTOnline Ltd as per the norms of APTOnline
Ltd. Strict legal action will be initiated against those Franchisee’s who collect service charge
from the customers / citizens more that the amount specified in the APTOnline receipt.
6. If Franchisee does not renew the service contract after the completion date or if the
Franchisee stops working then the Franchisee has to return all necessary Documents and
obtain No Dues Certificate from APTOnline Ltd.
7. Franchisee shall operate from the address in which the Franchisee is sanctioned and shall
not operate from any other location without written permission from APTOnline.
8. If the Franchisee is terminated within the contract period, APTOnline will refund only the
Security Deposit with no interest after deducting the dues if any to be paid by the Franchisee
and no other fees other than the security deposit shall be refunded.
9. Franchisee shall follow the business rules and activation of APTOnline and comply and abide
by all the laws, bye-laws, rules and regulations of Govt., or any other statutory authority,
regulatory body or other wise and shall observe the conditions stated above and shall be
responsible for all violations of any of the conditions or rules that may be requested to be
followed during the course of business activities of APTOnline as per the agreement.
The parties to this Agreement have set their hands on the day mentioned here above.
