STANDARD OPERATION (SOP 018-11)

Title: 3D-PRINTING PROCEDURE ON S-MAX MACHINE- SAND CONTROL


METHOD: PREPARE THE RAW MATERIALS USED FOR PRINTING
MATERIALS REQUIRED: FORKLIFT AND CRANE. EQUIPMENT: F41
SAFETY EQUIPMENT: SAFETY SHOES, SAFETY GOOGLES, HELMET, FACE MASK AND GLOVES
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: REGULAR SAFTEY PRECAUTIONS

Safety Instruction:
1. Before starting the job, always be aware of the safety instructions.
2. Employees shall be worn the safty PPE such as googles, gloves, helmet & safety shoes while perfoming all the below activites.
3. Safty check points to be verified by the machine operator prior to operating the machine as per DOC 011-05(Operation Maintenance Check list) and
