b. Store the capped electrodes in an electrode case at room temperature in a
sun-shielding place.
Cleaning ISE waste tube (Irregular)
1. Open the ISE cover on the left side panel.
2. Remove the electrode housing cover, remove the waste tube fitting from the bottom
of the right angle adapter, and then remove waste peri-pump tube from the pump
bracket.
3. Connect one end of the unclogging device to a syringe and aspirate 5 mL undiluted
bleach, and then connect its other end to the waste tube fitting.
4. Press the wand release button to remove the wand from the current reagent pack
and keep it in a save place. Connect the wand to an old used-up reagent pack.
5 Inject bleach into the ISE waste tube and soak the tube for 5 minutes. Discharge the
waste into the reagent pack.
6. If the bleach cannot be injected into the reagent pack, remove the wand and push
down to open the waste valve manually with a sharp object, and then inject again.
If bleach can go through this time, the waste tube was clogged and cannot be

If bleach still cannot be injected, you are recommended to replace the wand.
