This lesson is to help students to understand details about the passage called “The Will

7) Learning Activities
1.Warm up (5 Minutes)
- The teacher asks students to look at the picture on page 7, and teacher ask them about the
picture with a following question. What do you think the reading is about?
2. Presentation (20 Minutes)
- The teacher presents the difficult vocabulary before reading the passage through the slides.
After that, the students write those down on their notebook.
- The teacher asks students to read the passage “The Will to Learn”.
3. Practice (20 Minutes)
- Do worksheet 3. Answer true or false about the passage and fill the table about how is your
school different from Hakima’s and Jomo’s.
4. Warp up (5 Minutes)
- The students and the teacher summarize the learning content together.

Reading consumed too much time so there was no time for students to do worksheet.

- Ask students to turn in their worksheet next class.
- The teacher needs to manage the time more efficiently.
