products and services to various users on the MSTC e-commerce website
www.mstcecommerce.com at a very competitive price.

The detailed terms and conditions for the same are mentioned below.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The advertisement text/content or its size/space will be examined by MSTC before


displaying it on the www.mstcecommerce.com website and any decision in this regard
shall be final and binding on the proposer.

2. Charges payable shall be non-refundable even if the advertiser decides to discontinue the
display in the middle of any month.

3. Soft copy of advertisement content of banners (within the specified range, pixel basis)
will be provided by the proposer/client through email along with duly filled registration
form and payment.

4. The third party advertiser shall advertise / display its products and/or services in the
Website of MSTC Limited at its “Own Risks and Consequences “ and MSTC Limited does
not assume any liability and/or risks for such advertisements / displays in any manner
whatsoever.

5. MSTC Limited retains in its absolute discretion to reject any proposal for advertisement
received from the third party advertiser/s and in appropriate cases to edit, expunge,
modify, delete the advertisement texts and/or its contents which in the opinion of MSTC
Limited are misleading, deceptive, immoral , opposed to public policy, contain unlawful
solicitations or offend any laws/orders/ legislations for the time being in force relating to
display advertisements. The advertiser shall undertake to conform to the code for self-
regulation in advertising as prescribed by the Advertising Standards Council of India
and/or the Press Bureau of Information from time to time.

6. MSTC reserves the right to terminate, suspend, regulate, restrict, modify , delete,
withdraw or cancel any advertisements, displays or posts at any time at its Website
without assigning any reason thereof.
7. MSTC Limited reserves its rights to alter or revise at any time its terms of services and
charges without assigning any reason thereof.

8. All payments must be made by way of RTGS /NEFT in favor of MSTC Limited payable at
Kolkata. Bank details are as follows:
