B2 First Sample Paper 2 Reading and Use of English 2022-2-7

Archaeologists discovered a 5,500-year-old leather shoe in a cave in Armenia. It is the oldest leather shoe ever found and was made of a single piece of leather stitched at the front and back. The shoe had been stuffed with grasses, likely for warmth or shape. While relatively small, it's unclear if it was worn by a man or woman. Similar shoe designs remained popular for thousands of years in some places.
