MTH304 Solution by Pin and Muhammad

A beam rests on a pivot at its midpoint C. A 6kg mass is placed 1.4m from end B, creating equilibrium. The problem asks to find the distance between end A and the beam's center of mass. A second problem asks about two forces acting on a gadget, their vector representations and perpendicular distance between them, to calculate the moment of the couple.
