SkillAssure Training Requirements

1) Introduction
Discoveri Lite is a training program which gives a brief
introduction and hands-on of various tools and technologies.
During the training you will need different software which are
listed below:
1. Basic
a. Windows 8 or above
b. PDF Reader (any)
c. MS Office 2007 or above
d. Web Browsers – Firefox, Google Chrome – (any)
2. Day 1
a. Ux Pin (Refer SkillAssure Discoveri – UX Pin Setup
Guide)
b. Azure DevOps Account (Refer SkillAssure Discoveri –
Azure Devops Setup Guide)
3. Day 2
a. GitHub (Refer SkillAssure Discoveri - Angular Cloud
Setup Guide)
b. Stackblitz Account (Refer SkillAssure Discoveri - Angular
Cloud Setup Guide)
4. Day 3
a. MySQL Server
b. MySQL Workbench
5. Day 4

in this setup guide. • Refer “FAQs for
Troubleshooting” for resolving common setup
errors.
• Some additional steps may be required to setup on Windows 7.

2) Install Required Software

1. Follow the Below steps to download Automatic Installation File
o Open URL
http://skillassure.com/discoveri/softwareinstallation.exe

2. This will download a file, save it to a location of your choice.

3. Right click on the downloaded file and select “Run as

Administrator”

4. Select “All” as we suggest you to install all the software at

once. However, if you have slow internet connection you may
install it Day wise as your training proceeds.

Note: Refer “FAQs for Troubleshooting” for resolving common setup

errors.

3) Create AWS Free Account

1. Open URL https://aws.amazon.com/free in any web browser.

2. Click the “Create a Free Account”.

3.Complete this form and click continue. Although this is a free trial account you will need
to enter your credit/debit card details.

4. Select the account type as Personal.

5. Enter the Payment Information. You will not be charged until

you exhaust the free limit provided by AWS. SkillAssure exercise
are designed in such a way that it uses only 5% of the free limit
provided by AWS.

6. Perform phone verification. Enter your phone number and click “Call Me Now”
and follow the instructions.

7. Select the support plan as Basic Plan which is free.

8. Wait for account activation. After you choose a Support plan, a confirmation
page indicates that your account is being activated. Accounts are usually
activated within a few minutes, but the process might take up to 24 hours.
9. When your account is fully activated, you'll receive a confirmation email. After
you receive this email, you have full access to all AWS services.
10. Sign in to AWS Console with your credential

1. For Windows 10 if the Software is not compatible and throwing an error then

2. For Windows 7 if the Software is not working then Try the Following Steps
a. Step 1: Install .Net Framework 4.5.2 using the Following link:
