In this study, the researchers used the Input-Process-Output (IPO) model. The diagram in
Figure 1 outlines the flow of the study. The conceptual framework illustrates a comprehensive
approach towards exploring the realm of digital transformation within the Business Permitting
and Licensing System of the Panaon Area specifically assessing the impact of eBOSS adoption.
The input section encompasses vital factors crucial to this investigation which is divided into 2
phases before and during the implementation of eBOSS system. In the before phase of
stakeholder interviews for diverse perspectives on the manual system. In the during phase of
