TITLE : DETERMINATION CONTEXT OF THE ORGANIZATION


AND INTERESTED PARTIES
Purpose :
1.To determine external and internal issues that are relevant to Organization’s purpose and its strategic
direction and that affect its ability to achieve the intended result(s) Of the QMS and to monitor changes in
external and internal of the QMS and to monitor changes in external and internal Issues that are relevant to
the quality management system.

2. To identify the interested parties and their requirements that are relevant to the quality management
system
including the fulfillment of requirement to meet the product specification and compliance with the
applicable laws

Scope: To monitor the information on all internal and external contexts and changes in external and internal
issues that is relevant to the QMS. The information thus gathered shall be reviewed by top
management as required by clause 9.3 of the standard.
