Organisation Conext and Interested Parties - Procedure
2. To identify the interested parties and their requirements that are relevant to the quality management
system
including the fulfillment of requirement to meet the product specification and compliance with the
applicable laws
Scope: To monitor the information on all internal and external contexts and changes in external and internal
issues that is relevant to the QMS. The information thus gathered shall be reviewed by top
management as required by clause 9.3 of the standard.

1 To consider a wide range of potential factors of internal or external
nature that can impact on the Quality management system. External
factors can arise from legal, technological, competitive, market,
cultural, social and economic environments, whether international,
national, regional or local. Internal factors may be related to values, Director
culture, knowledge and performance of the organization. Then work
out the business strategy accordingly
