RUN HRS PRESENT CONDITION

Main rotor overheated. Before that, normal sevice and end cover sleeving done by
Daniel Eng. And we keep informing them about there is some unusual noise from the

alternator.
Also the Rotor end cover sent to Trinity Eng. to check the bearing sleeve ovality .
1. Main rotor overheated after 26520Hrs of Alternator life. Given to Daniel Eng. to
rewinding the main rotor. .
2. Again main rotor overheated after rewound in 43hrs of it's running.
Reported to Daniel Eng., they came and inspected the failure and takened to their
2 173 40 08/03/2020 2003016 workshop. After the several email conversations they refused to give the claim and we
informed them to bring back the Alternator to our facility without any repair. And we
given to AL Shirawi to repair. .
3. After rewound the main rotor(Increased conductor size 2.12 to 2.24) by AL Shirawi.
Unit run only 300hrs and main rotor overheated again .

1. Main rotor overheated after 24000hrs of Alternator life. Given to Daniel Eng. to
rewinding the main rotor. .
2. After rewound the main rotor unit run only 1270hrs and main rotor overheated
again also badly rubbed with main stator. Reported to Daniel Eng, they inspected and
takened to their workshop.
30/12/2019 Rewound the main rotor and main stator with 50% discount and 1year warranty by
3 219 125 1912070
15/03/2020 Daniel Eng. .
3. After 225hrs we found low voltage complaint (Main rotor insulation & balancing
epoxy found in brittle condition and it came out). Daniel Eng. inspected and they sent
us report mentioned that negligence by balancing technician. They delivered the
Alternator after re-varnishing and re-balancing the rotor. .
4. After 315hrs the main rotor over heated again.
