3.Sending packages (from multiple sources)

If you have a single inventory and you are sending the packages from a single address, just keep in mind that
the code of the source created by default by Magento is “default”. You may want to skip the rest of the step.
Sending the packages from multiple sources (having multiple warehouses) or having multi inventories, should
be configured now, to create proper AWBs on Innoship.
Many more details about how to create multiple inventory and sources could be found on Magento 2
documentation, at https://docs.magento.com/user-guide/catalog/inventory-merchant-type.html.
Once you create the sources, please save the codes of the sources. You need them to configure the Innoship
account.

4.Configure Innoship account

Login into your Innoship account. Go to Menu -> Settings -> Locations -> Edit Locations and click Create
new.
Fill the new location fields. External Location Id must be the Code of the Source from Magento.
If you are using a single inventory and didn’t create any new sources in Magento, please fill the External
Location Id with “default”.
5.Generate AWB
After your client place a new order on your Magento store and you want to create new shipping, go to the view
order

a) Go to Sales (1) -> Orders (2) -> View (3) (on the orders list)

b) Click Ship

c) Submit Shipment
i) (only for multi source) Select the source (1) -> Insert the Quantity (2) and Proceed to Shipment
(3)
ii) Insert the quantity you want to ship
iii) Click Submit Shipment
d) Go to Shipments and click View on your shipment
e) Click Generate InnoShip AWB

f) On the new page, the General Details section is already filled, but please check and update them
where the information is not real, especially the Shipment date.

g) Details of your Package section must be updated with your package(s) details. How many envelopes,
parcels, and/or pallets. Also, calculate and update the total weight.
h) Optional (or if your carrier requires), you could specify the dimensions of the packages, by updating the
parcel/pallet count (first) and clicking the Specify Package Dimensions button (second). Fill ALL the
displayed fields. Note that when you specify the package dimensions, the total weight is updated
automatically. If the total weight is not correct in the end, please update it manually.
Note: Please specify package dimensions only if you can fill all fields for all packages.

i) The Other Options section has the default values you set on the Shipping Method Configuration page
at step 2.

j) Click Generate the AWB

You can generate as many AWBs you need for the same shipment.
After this process, the AWBs are displayed on the shipment page at the Shipping and Tracking Information
section

6.Print AWB
Once the AWBs are created, you can print them now. Note the new Print InnoShip AWBs button on the main
shipment bar.

Once you click the button, a new window will appear. If you have multiple AWBs, allow the web browser to
download multiple files.
Please don’t close it until all AWBs are downloaded.

7.Delete AWB
On the shipping page, at the Shipping and Tracking Information section, click the trash can to delete the
AWB and confirm the action.

Note: please delete the AWBs if you want to cancel the order.
The AWB could not be deleted if you already shipped the package.

8.Tracking AWB
Your client can track the shipment from his/her account. He/she must login to the Magento store, and go to My
Account -> My Orders (1) -> View Order (2) (on the orders list)
Then go to Order Shipments (1). Now you can track all shipments by clicking on the Track All Shipments (2)
link or track a single AWB by clicking on the AWB number you want to track (3).

Now you can see the shipment tracking
