A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF MRS. JOSEPHINE A.


RELLAMA AS BARANGAY SERVICE POINT OFFICER OF CADLAN, PILI,
CAMARINES SUR EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2023.

WHEREAS; with the untiring efforts service and commitment rendering duties and
responsibilities, conducting programs on responsible parenthood and family planning and gather
population data at the barangay level; the Punong Barangay with the concurrence of the
Sangguniang Barangay members appoint Mrs. JOSEPHINE A. RELLAMA.

WHEREAS; effective JANUARY 1, 2023 she will continue exercise powers and functions as
well as obligation and responsibilities as Barangay Service Point officer;

NOW THEREFORE; on motion of Hon. Kgd. VILMA O. BENITEZ duly seconded by Hon.
Kgd. RANDY A. REAL and the members of the Barangay Council be it;

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to appoint JOSEPHINE A. RELLAMA as Barangay


Service Point Officer of Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur effective JANUARY 1, 2023

RESOLVED FURTHER that the copies of this resolution be forwarded to the line
agencies/offices concerned all of Pili, Camarines Sur for their information.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 9TH day of JANUARY, 2023.
