Discription of Projects Involved
INTEL OFFICE PROJECT
Intel Office Project was about nine floor Building.
The beauty of this building, it was built from top to bottom, except structural thing, with keeping
following things in mind.
Co-ordinate with Lead Architect
Co-ordinate / Meet Clients / Project Manager with Various Sub-Consultants in Various Disciplines to
address and solve them.
Lead a team of Architects to Produce and Develop Architectural and Technical Drawings.
Development and Preparation of Architectural drawings from Wing-A, Wing-B.
Conceptualize and Develop required areas for Architectural Schematic designs.
Conceptualize and Develop Architectural designs.
Assists in conducting requirements, obtaining measurements and making sketches preliminary to the
preparation of drawings.
Travel to main office to report and co-ordinate with lead Architect of the project.
Adjust / Present design solutions to meet the changing of the client.
Attend weekly meetings with clients, project managers and consultants in various disciplines to deliver
solutions and move forward the project.
Develop / Produce detailed Architectural Technical / Construction drawings.
Develop / Produce detailed Architectural Models in 2D & 3D ( Revit Architecture & Auto CAD).

Prestige Courtyard, Area of site was seven lakh Sq ft.
There were 11 towers, includes two BHK & three BHK flats, pergola on the roof, parking for each flats & with proper
drain system.

Responsibility with coordinating with Senior Architect & Architecture Department head with regards to delivery of
Architectural package drawings (from design to construction phase).
Co-ordinate with Sub-consultants to solve issues and deliver project correctly.
Conduct meeting with clients to co-ordinate and resolve issues on the project.
Develop / Design Architectural drawings from design development phase to construction phase.
Generate Technical Drawings & Specifications for Construction Phase of the Project.
Design Schematic Architectural Drawings Stage of the Project.
Assists in conducting preliminary studies of proposed project to obtain information as to space and design
requirement, obtaining measurements and making sketches preliminary to the preparation of drawing.
Reviews work of contractor, verifying specified materials are being used, dimensions are as drawn and quality is
according to contract document.
Reviews shop drawings & specification.
Leading a team of Junior Architectural drawings package.
Develop / Produce detailed Architectural Technical / Construction drawings.
