STEP 4. To get updated with
announcements, questions
DOWNLOAD and other important
matters, please download
SLACK ON Slack on your mobile
devices through Google Play
YOUR MOBILE or App Store. Make sure to
turn on notifications.

STEP 5. The platform used during
the online class (ZEP)
DOWNLOAD doesn't allow students to
read chat histories and

the class will allow students

After downloading, make sure to read

RESPONSIBILITIES
SHARE YOUR SCREEN
In your ZEP Classroom, click "Share Screen" icon and choose
"Share My Screen"
SHARE YOUR SCREEN
A pop up window will appear, choose "Entire Screen" tab and click your
screen then click "Share".

When you share your "Entire Screen", screen mirroring will happen.
To avoid this, go to your lesson tab and minimize ZEP tab.
YOUR SCREEN SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS:

Click "Alt + S" to start screen recording using ScreenRec App
GET YOUR LINK
Once done with your lesson, hover down to your task bar, right click
"ScreenRec" Icon, and click "Gallery"
GET YOUR LINK
Your ScreenRec Gallery will appear. Hover your arrow to your class
recording, and click the icon in the middle. This will automatically copy
your class link
PASTE YOUR LINK
Go to your Google Sheets schedule, right click the class cell and click
"Insert Link".

A small window will appear. Paste your shareable link on the search bar
by right clicking your mouse or "Ctrl + V". Then, click "Apply"

Once done, your class text will turn blue and when you hover your mouse
to the cell, it will show your class link.
On the left of your screen
must be a notepad where
STUDY you will type all corrections
for each of the student.

TEACHER'S ATTENDANCE
LEAVE OF ABSENCE (LOA) - Please file a leave of absence ONE WEEK
before the absence date.
LOA FORM
In case of emergencies like power interruptions, internet problem and
other technical troubles, please provide solutions like using your
back-up devices (mobile phone, mobile data/wifi, etc). If you've done
everything and still not able to return to the classroom, PLEASE
CONTACT THE TEACHER MANAGER.
For family emergency, TEACHER MUST CONTACT THE TEACHER
MANAGER AND INFORM HER ABOUT THE SITUATION.
COMPENSATION
All teachers for CHAENG shall receive
$5.00 PER CLASS
Any incentives or increase will be discussed
between the teacher and the founders in the
future.
CLASS REMINDERS
Check your internet, microphone, documents and other
class necessities.
Come to class prepared.
Be always friendly and engaging. Use praising words to
build your students' confidence.
Allow them to talk more with each other.
Never hesitate to correct their mistakes.
Make sure to share screen, record classes, take notes and
submit your class report and class recording link.
