II. RATIONALE:

The Department of Education is supporting the Values Education Program by


virtue of the Presidential Proclamation No. 749 dated October 25, 1995. In view of
this, the EsP Association of the Municipality of Mlang both elementary and
secondary in coordination with Sunbeam Global Values Formation and Leadership
Training, Inc. will conduct an 8-Hour Teachers’ Camp (Values Restoration Seminar) at
Lika National High School, Lika, Mlang, Cotabato on March 25, 2023. The said
seminar will focus on the reorientation on essential values and team building
activities for Values Education Teachers.

III. OBJECTIVE/S:

a. Provides teachers technical assistance with the support of the school


head the proper delivery of congruency on Values Education instruction;
b. Enables teachers to help the moral condition of the learners;
c. Helps teachers develop strategies to effectively impart values to their
students;
d. Helps participants create teacher – community harmonious relationship;
and
e. Prepares a plan that would develop learners’ core values: (Maka-Diyos,
Maka-Tao, Maka-Kalikasan at Makabansa)
 Love of God
 Respect for others
 Concern for the environment
 Patriotism

IV. METHODOLOGY:

1.Require all municipal EsP Teachers to attend the Seminar-Workshop (2


participants for big elementary and secondary schools and 1 participant for
small elementary and secondary schools).
2. Conduct preliminary activity before the conduct of the face to face Seminar.

2.3. House Rules and setting of expectations

V. EXPECTED OUTPUTS:

1.Participants apply how to employ congruency on teaching-learning values


education and instruction.
2. Participants help the moral condition of learners.
3. Participants develop strategies to effectively impart values education among
students.
4. Participants create harmonious atmosphere for everyone.
5. Participants come up with an Action Plan which will guide them how to
develop
learners’ Love of God, Respect for Others, Concern for the Environment and
Patriotism.
