Detective element is made of Zirconia electrolyte.
The main use of this sensor is for measurement of trace or low oxygen in inert gas, moreover for measurement of partial oxygen
pressure in the vacuum system can be used well.
※ The sensor works as oxygen analyzer together with the control unit.
