Hypnosis for Academic Performance


Focus on a spot on the far wall with your eyes open. Notice this spot and what you see, how big it is, the
shape, the color and the clarity of it.

Keep your eyes open and notice your body relaxing with each breath all the way from the top of your
head to the tips of your toes.

Imagine this relaxation doubling with each breath as your eyes become more tired as they are focusing
on this spot as you are listening to the sound of my voice. What do you see now on this spot? How big is
it? The shape? The color? The clarity?

Has it changed and become bigger? Has the shape gotten hazy? Is the color exactly the same and is it as
clear as it was before? It’s relaxing to become aware of these things, isn’t it? That’s right you are doing
excellent so far as your eyes are blinking.

I am going to count down from 5 to one and when I reach zero you can close your eyes because they will
be so heavy and tired.

5 your eyes are getting heavier and blinking even more than before.

4 you are seeing this spot getting fuzzy as you listen to my voice.

3 you are feeling so relaxed heavier and heavier.

2 you are blinking and your eyes are so heavy.

And 1 close your eyes and you can do something simpler.


Imagine with your mind’s eye which you have already worked with your favorite color or a color that
feels good to you right now during this state of deep relaxation.

Now that you chose the color in your mind’s eye you can expand this visualization as you bring other
sense in. Everything is coming together to sense it, picture it, hear it, feel it, taste it and smell it.

You have your favorite color or a color that feels right and you are filled with calmness, love, peace and
relaxation. You feel this throughout your body and this guides you into deeper relaxation. That’s right
you are doing so well so far.

Imagine how relaxed you can be as you look at yourself in the mirror. You are ten steps away from this
mirror and with each step you get deeper relaxed and eventually will step through the mirror.

10 you see yourself so relaxed and getting closer.

9 listening to the sound of my voice.

8 feeling more and deeper relaxed.

7 seeing your reflection and you are getting sleepy.

6 hearing the soothing sounds of comfort and relaxation.

5 feeling so good.

4 seeing yourself stepping so much closer.

3 hearing the peaceful sounds of serenity.

2 feeling so calm as you are so close.

1 enjoying these moments of relaxation.

And zero step into the mirror and relax even more.

The thing is this natural state of hypnosis you created is something you can easily create in the future
when you want optimal learning for academics or any test you have to take professionally. The
unconscious mind is where all learning takes place and that means you will be more successful now and
in the future because you now have unlimited learning power and will learn even more ways to learn
easily and naturally.

When you relax this is how you absorb information easily. It is almost like when you were a young child
and absorbed good beliefs that you believe today. So you will easily recall what this session is teaching
you now so you can use it in the future. Now you are doing excellent and in the future you will do even
better because have top notch academic performance skills now.

Hypnosis helps with study, focus and recall because like in the earlier part of this hypnosis you focused
on a spot on the wall and this showed you how easily you can focus on anything you want. You will have
this focus to use now so you can definitely study easily and skillfully. Imagine how easy this is for you
now and how easy it will be when you go to study later. All of these suggestions are in the unconscious
mind and you know in the future to relax like you are now when you study or want to recall details so
you learn them more easily.
Now I want to share a few different learning strategies that will boost your performance even more.
One is a learning strategy for studying and the other is a learning state that you can access anytime you
want to. To use both of these it’s important to know how to access the visual part of your mind and you
can do this when you look slightly up.

Imagine studying and how often times it feels like your head was covered with a book or you are staring
downward at your laptop or phone. With the learning strategy imagine your book, notes or computer
are up above so you have to look slightly up. Imagine this now and visualize the words that are on the
page that you want to memorize or know. Visualize each and every detail you want to know because
you have achieved success. When you know what you learn tell yourself that’s right with each thing you
learn and this will have the learning go right to your unconscious mind.
Imagine all of the learnings going into your unconscious mind so you can have them memorized now
and in the future when you need the details, facts and statistics or whatever it is you are studying. That’s
right you are doing excellent so far. You can use this learning and state of relaxation when it is really
time to succeed.

The learning state is also really beneficial. The way you can do this is imagine looking slightly up about
where the wall intersects with the ceiling or a bit lower. Notice your peripheral vision opening up and
how relaxing this is. When you are in this state of learning know it is only possible to have positive
emotions. So imagine your peripheral vision opening up more without turning your head and everything
you are learning going into your unconscious mind.

You can use this technique whenever you have a few minutes during the day and use it to relax and
learn. You see how using the visual part of your mind and relaxing is beneficial to learning, don’t you?
You know you can succeed in academics and professional certifications, can you not? That’s right you
are doing excellent so far and have so many more suggestions to learn.
Five relaxing deeper, four so relaxed, three relaxing more, two relaxing more, one feeling so good and
zero you see yourself having so much more success.
Do you see that when you have more strategies to use that it increases your desire to learn and want to
do better? Do you hear how well you can do in academics and professionally? Do you feel more
confident towards success already?

That’s right you have so many resources, right and are ready to have so many more. Something else that
is beneficial is using your imagination to rehearse how you will succeed before it even happens. So
imagine now what you will be doing when you wake up and throughout the day leading up to the test or
professional test. Notice how relaxed you are and how much energy you have, notice what you see,
what you hear and what you say to yourself. Notice now getting ready to leave for the day and what you
see, hear and feel and what you say to yourself.

Be aware of arriving and getting ready for what you will successful at. Now the test or whatever it is you
are doing is on your desk ready to be filled out. Imagine all the studying and learning you have done and
how you are so prepared to succeed. Notice how you feel and how it feels to write down what you
know. Really see this, hear the sound you’d hear, feel what you feel and notice the positive things you
say to yourself.
When you are done and have completed what you are doing congratulate yourself on doing so well and
notice your posture, confidence, how relaxed you are and notice how much success you see. That’s right
this is ready to be a reality because you are an expert at hypnosis, learning and manifesting.

When you do something during hypnosis it is easy for it to happen in reality because you have done it
and believe. You are focused on the good vibrations you have now and how the outcome can happen
effortlessly now.

That’s right you have another resource and ready to learn more resources. This is a great technique to
use for building more confidence. What you can do is remember a time where you were totally
confident before. Remember a specific time. When you have this time see what you saw, hear what you
heard and feel what you feel and when you feel total confidence make an ok sign with your thumb and
index finger. Hold this for about 5-15 seconds and when the confidence seems a little less you can let go.

Think of another time now when you were totally confident. Remember a specific time and when you
have this time see what you saw, hear what you heard and really feel what you felt and hold your thumb
and index finger as the state of confidence peaks. This feels pretty good, doesn’t it?

You can do this another time. Remember a time when you were so confident. Go back to that time and
see what you saw, hear what you heard and really feel what you feel. Hold your thumb and index finger
together so you can use that confidence any time in the future. That’s right you are doing so well. Now
that you have done this three times anytime in the future you can touch your thumb and index finger
together making an ok sign and you can access this state of confidence. So you can do this when you go
for the test or whatever it is you are doing if you want to.

Do you see that when you have more strategies to use that it increases your desire to learn and want to
do better? Do you hear how well you can do in academics and professionally? Do you feel more
confident towards success already?

Know in the future when you walk into the room where you will do the test or what it is you are doing
this will bring confidence and success to you. It will become even more real and you will be more
confident once your pen or pencil hits the paper and the answers are being answered. This is another
resource you having knowing you can do this.

You can relax a bit more as you say to yourself

I am confident and ready for success.

I am relaxed and learn easily.

I enjoy studying because I have so many resources and strategies.

I learn easily and naturally.

I have so many things I can do now and in the future to succeed.

I create success when I listen to hypnosis and take action.

Spend a minute or two focusing on your breathing and allow each of these suggestions to sink in on a
deeper level to your unconscious mind so you can use them any time in the future. Really enjoy this
relaxation, success and confidence you have created because in a few moments I’ll count up from one to
five and you will reorient to the room or you can ignore the suggestions and drift into a soothing and
comfortable sleep.

One seeing yourself with so much confidence.

Two you have learned so much.

Three hearing the sounds of success.

Four feeling so good.

Five open your eyes and enjoy the rest of your day or evening.

Hypnosis for Accepting Responsibility


You have chosen to relax today because you have chosen this hypnosis session that will teach you skills
and a really simple process to relax your body and mind, physically and mentally. You can start to close
your eyes only if you are ready to relax. You can adjust for comfort at any time because this will only
cause you to relax more and more.

Close your eyes down because you are ready to relax, aren’t you? That’s right you are doing excellent so
far relaxing and enjoying this time you set aside for yourself. When you relax you may notice a few
different things already. Your breathing and pulse slow down, sensations in the fingertips as they rest to
your side or on your lap, a light feeling like you are floating, a feeling of heaviness like you are slightly
sinking and or a fluttering of the eyelids.
You may have notice a fluttering of the eyelids or any of these as you closed your eyes because you are
ready to relax more. You can focus on one of these now. The breath, the pulse, the sensations in the
fingertips, the lightness, the heaviness, the heaviness, the lightness or the fluttering or maybe that your
eyes are closed the heaviness of the eyelids.

Maybe your chin is slightly going towards your chest and you notice big deep breathing as you relax.
Focus on taking ten big deep breaths in through your nose, down through the chest and lungs all the
way into your stomach. Your stomach goes out on the in breath and in on the out breath. Breathing out
through your mouth or nose whatever is more comfortable and relaxing for you. Take 10 slow big deep
breaths as you enjoy this moment, as you enjoy the sound of my voice and the sensations of relaxation
you are creating. That’s right you are doing so well so far.
Now that you have done 10 breaths, or you are doing the breaths you can focus on an area of your body
that has so much comfort. Be aware of the spot in your body and place your awareness on this spot
because it has so much comfort.

Give this comfort a color, a shape, a sound, a feeling. Is it small or big? Light or dark? Round, square or
another shape. Now you can take 10 breaths again and as you do this comfort will go from this one spot
to everywhere in your body. Breathing in so much comfort each and every breath and breathing out any
stress or tension. It feels pretty good, doesn’t it? Enjoy creating this physical relaxation because in a few
moments you will focus on relaxing the mind and mental relaxation.

You have already learned so much so far and you can easily create mental relaxation too. This is done
because you imagine a set of 10 stairs. Create this staircase and enjoy what you have created because all
hypnosis is something you create.

See what you would see with this staircase, notice what you hear and really feel what you feel because
you’ll be saying something to yourself in a few moments. With each step you go down you can say to
yourself

I am relaxing deeper and down. Down and deeper relaxed.

The 10th stair I am relaxing deeper and down. Down and deeper relaxed.

The 9th stair I am relaxing deeper and down. Down and deeper relaxed.

The 8th stair I am relaxing deeper and down. Down and deeper relaxed.

The 6th stair I am relaxing deeper and down. Down and deeper relaxed.

The 5th stair I am relaxing deeper and down. Down and deeper relaxed.

The 4th stair I am relaxing deeper and down. Down and deeper relaxed.

The 2nd stair I am relaxing deeper and down. Down and deeper relaxed.

The 1st stair I am relaxing deeper and down. Down and deeper relaxed.

And zero you are so relaxed and ready to learn so much more.
Accepting responsibility is what you are born to do. At one time you were born a limitless being, you
were then taught some limitations and now it is time to be a limitless being again who accepts
responsibility for what you do, say, feel and how you influence others. You want full responsibility for
your actions so you feel totally integrated and whole. You can definitely and easily achieve this when
listening to this hypnosis session. That’s right you are doing so well so far.

Blaming, complaining, taking things personally and holding on to anything that is not making you better
are things of the past. At one time maybe each of these served a purpose and taught you something.
When you are blaming, complaining or taking things personally this is focusing on something that you do
not want. You are sending negative energy into the universe and asking it to bring you more of what you
don’t like.
There is a really simple way to change the way you think and look at complaints. When you say I have so
many bills instead say I enjoy having more money left over. When you say I don’t like sitting in traffic
instead say I love an effortless drive. You now can automatically have a different perception about any
complaint and change it into something positive so the energy in the universe is going towards what you
want. Do you see how easy this is? Can you imagine what you would say now? This feels pretty good,
doesn’t it?

Imagine having all the blaming, complaining and things you take personally in a backpack on your back.
Feel the weight of all of these on your shoulders. Notice how it is weighing you down. Be aware of how
you see yourself, your posture, the sounds you hear, the feelings you have and what you say to yourself.
Now take a big deep breath and imagine what you say to yourself now towards what you want. When
you exhale on each breath the backpack falls off your shoulders and any blaming, complaining and
taking things personally is let go.

You see the pictures, words and feel the feelings being let go and this is something you can do anytime
in the future efficiently because you know how to do this and that means you are ready to learn so
much more.

You now have a notebook and pencil in front of you and can easily write down things you want to be
responsible for. Spend a few minutes writing down things you want to have. Write things you want to go
towards. Write goals you want to be responsible for. When you put something on paper it is much more
likely it will be achieved. Imagine what you write, create abundance, happiness, joy and success. That’s
right you are doing excellent.

One of the easiest ways to be responsible is to be happy. Imagine a time in the past few years where you
were really happy because you accepted responsibility. Notice what you saw, be aware of the sounds
you heard, imagine the feeling of happiness and even what you said to yourself as you accepted
responsibility. You took action and it feels good to know that you can do this.

Now imagine a time in the future where if it had happened in the past you did not accept responsibility
and now you do accept responsibility. This is where you can be really happy because you accepted full
responsibility. So create this visualization because the research says that visualization guides you to
achieve what you visualize and you want to be successful at accepting responsibility. See what you see,
hear what you hear and feel what you want to feel as you are so happy and accept full responsibility.
You are doing so well so far and can easily relax more. Five deeper relaxed, four relaxing more, three
seeing you accept responsibility, two hearing the sounds of success, one feeling so good and zero you
are ready to learn so much more.

The only moment you have is the moment you have now. The past is history tomorrow is a mystery and
there is only now. Be responsible for your thoughts in this moment, what you feel in this moment and
what actions you take this moment. Have awareness of each thought and feeling you have now and
when you practice this in the coming days, weeks and months you’ll notice how easy it will be to accept
responsibility automatically. If you accept responsibility now and have awareness then you can use this
to shape your future to accepting more responsibility.

You can ask yourself in this moment

What am I aware of and what do I want to focus on and go towards? Spend a minute answering these
questions and be aware of the images, sounds and feelings as you focus on what you have now because
you have learned so much and already know how to accept responsibility.

The one thing hypnosis teaches you is to be calm and confident. Now that you accept responsibility you
step directly into calm and confidence. You are calm because you know you have conscious and
unconscious awareness of what you do and how you choose to respond to what happens and what
others do.

You are confident really confident, are you not? You have so much confidence to not fall into blaming,
complaining and taking things personally and instead be confident to have all the gifts you have learned
today. You have the confidence to know the way you want to respond, way you want to feel, way you
want to think and what actions you will take.

Imagine stepping into a new you. This calm and confident you. Look through your own eyes. See what
you see in a calm and confident room. Notice what you hear as you handle accepting responsibility
effortlessly and skillfully. Really feel the feelings of being calm and confident. You can go ahead and say
to yourself

I am calm and confident, I am calm and confident and I cam calm and confident. I accept responsibility, I
accept responsibility and I accept responsibility.

That’s right you accept these suggestions and have learned so much so far.

You can make it a new habit to have new behaviors and when you interact with others look for the
intentions of their behaviors. When you understand this you easily can let go of judgment and accept
responsibility. Remove any labels of people so you can accept responsibility and know they are doing
the best they can with the resources they have. You listen to people to have empathy instead of
listening to respond. Do you see how this empowers you to accept responsibility and have beneficial and
fulfilling relationships? Do you hear how another person is able to now be successful because you
listened to what they say? Do you feel how when you accept responsibility people now want to know
you more, like you more and introduce you to others?

Imagine opening a book now and this is a new chapter that you can write because you accepted
responsibility. Write a title for this chapter so you can easily create this chapter in the coming days,
weeks and months easily. Imagine living through these words and achieving the purpose of them.
Accept responsibility that you have now and know that you can do this.

You appreciate so much more now. You are limitless because you have accepted responsibility. You have
created the ideal reality because you learn so much each time you listen to this hypnosis.

Go ahead and focus on your breathing. You breathe in calmness and confidence and you breathe out
anything you want to let go. You breathe in all that responsibility you have and it feels so good to let go
of blaming, complaining and taking things personally. Please congratulate yourself on doing so well
today because in a few moments I’ll count up from one to five so you can reorient to the room or you
can ignore the suggestions and drift into a soothing sleep.

One you have accepted responsibility and visualized this.

Two you hear the sounds of success.

Three feeling so calm and confident.

Four enjoying this present moment.

Five opening your eyes and ready for the rest of your day, evening or drift into a comfortable sleep.
Hypnosis for Meeting your Future Self
You can close your eyes if you want so you can see yourself relaxing as you are listening to the sound of
my voice over the next little while. Imagine and create a place of serenity with this time you have set
aside for you.

This is a time for you to be calm, creative and learn using the intuitive part of your mind the unconscious
mind. This is where all behaviors and habits are established and learning takes place. You’ll have your
mind filled with so many relaxing suggestions you can see yourself already letting go of any stress or
tension.

Any time you find your mind wandering you can bring it right back to your breath. Any time you need to
adjust please do this because that means you will be more comfortable throughout this session. During
this session I’m sure you’re wondering how you’ll relaxed you’ll be. That’s right you are doing so well so
far.

Through breathing you can easily know how relaxed you are. As you relax more your breathing slows
down a bit and it is a good thing to focus on your breathing.

As you inhale you will feel your expansion to infinity. This will represent going beyond the conscious
mind. You’ll have unlimited learning and relaxation.

As you exhale you’ll relax to a point at the center of your body. This can be the heart or the stomach. Let
your breath rest there for a moment or two.

You’ll repeat this breathing now several times and notice how limitless relaxation is a part of you. This
breathing creates a soothing flow throughout your whole body. Expanding to infinity on the inhale and
as you exhale you’ll relax to a point in the center of your body. That’s right you are doing excellent.

As you are familiar with this now you can reverse it if you want to. Imagine breathing in so deeply and
have the breath go to a point in the center of your body and let it remain there for a moment or two.

As you exhale create the expansion to infinity and be aware of what you see, what you hear and the
relaxation that you feel now.
You can do this several times too as you are listening to the sound of my voice. What does this breathing
do within your body? How does this breathing expand to infinity? Become more aware of anything and
everything. The point, infinity, what you see, what you hear and the sensations of relaxation. It feels
pretty good, doesn’t it?
You have easily and naturally created the capability to be nowhere, anywhere and everywhere all at
once.

You have automatically and effortlessly your relaxation. There is really no way of knowing exactly how
relaxed you are. There is no way of knowing the exact location of each and every fiber and how relaxed
they are.
The relaxation is unlimited and potentially everywhere. It behaves as it wants to and you have control
because you created this relaxation. This is an expanse of new possibilities for you as you relax more.
Things you never imagined before are now open and this is beneficial as you drift to more relaxation.

This is a way for you to easily relax in the future too whenever you want to. You know you can achieve
this because your unconscious mind has accepted these suggestions. These suggestions are not coming
from me they are coming from you because you have chosen this hypnosis and that means you’re ready
to learn more. You are so calm and drift into a deeper state of relaxation.

Five relaxing deeper and doubling your relaxation with each breath. Four relaxing more in this place of
serenity you see yourself relaxing in. Three feeling so good hearing the sounds of your calm breath in
and out. Two feeling so at ease and you are learning so much more. One you love to use the creative
part of the mind and zero here you are at total relaxation ready to gain more confidence through
meeting your future self.

You are so relaxed and ready to go on a journey. This is a journey you have chosen because you turned
on this hypnosis session and I know you’re ready because you are using your unconscious mind to create
new behaviors, habits and learn so much.

Before you begin this journey imagine a light energy flowing around you. It is a light and soothing color
and this is here to keep you safe and so you feel secure. You trust this light energy around you going
from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Focus on this for a moment and see what it looks like,
hear the sounds of safety and feel so secure being in this light energy right now.

Surrounding the light energy and further beyond is a big open meadow. The grass is so green. There are
plants and flowers, you smell them, you feel the calming energy, the rolling mountains, the bright blue
sky, the slight breeze across your face, the shining sun and peaceful stream that runs through this
relaxing scene.

You notice as you look and enjoy the expanding space of unlimited abundance of joy that there are
different pathways that go beyond this scene. They represent different timelines in the future and you’ll
take three different paths during this hypnosis. One represents a future that is more near, one is a
future in the middle and one is further in the future. This are paths that will guide you now because
today is before some of the realizations, you’ll be aware of in the future.

The first path you want to stroll to is the one in the near future. Become aware of how this path looks,
what you hear and what you see. Notice where you are and what you are doing on this path in the near
future. What could be better in the near future? What changes would you make now to have a better
near future? Take as much time as you’d like to focus on what you want to do to create this ideal future.
What will you do now to imagine that change and have it be a reality?

Each of these answers easily and simply come right to you. Allow the creative and intuitive part of your
mind to guide you. Focus on this better future and even ask your near future self for advice. Know they
will have resources you may not be aware of right now and they can guide you to more abundance and
joy like the meadow has. That’s right you are doing so well so far enjoying the near future, enjoying this
moment and enjoying how much knowledge you gain when you learn with your unconscious mind.
Step off the path when you are ready and focus on your breathing and relaxation. Five relaxing so much.
Four you learned so many things. Three feeling so good. Two enjoying this present moment. One feeling
so confident to create this change and zero you are so relaxed and ready to go to the future in the
middle.

So when you are ready take the middle path and notice if this path is different from the other path. Be
aware of your future self there too. Be aware of what time you are in now. Think what can be different
so you can get to your ideal middle future or if you can change anything to make what you see now even
better in the future.

Let your future self guide you and ask your future self anything that you want because they are here to

opportunities and use your creativity and intuition to imagine many different things that can happen.

When you’re ready come back to the present time in the big and expansive meadow where abundance
and joy are unlimited. Notice how much better you feel now. How do you see yourself? What sounds of
success are there? What do you feel? What do you say to yourself? That’s right you are doing excellent.
A person is able to easily create what they want when they focus on what they want.

You have already gone to the near future and to the future in the middle. Now it is time to go to the
other path. This is the future that is more far. Step on this path and see where this leads. Notice what
opportunities are there and what your future self is doing. Would they have done anything differently?
What advice do they have? What do they know that you can learn from? Spend a few minutes exploring
the further future path and notice how good of an outcome you can create now because you came here.

Focus on what you see, what you hear and how this feels. Notice any change in how you see yourself,
change in energy, in your confidence and any other ways you want to benefit.

You have viewed the near, middle and further future. What one did you enjoy the most? As you come
back to now you can go through each one and be aware of the changes you need to make so you can
create a present that is more compelling and successful. Go near each one and notice how your future
creates a better present.

This guides you to focus on a better future and a better now. Notice if there is anything else that you
need to do. Go near each one as much as you need so you can learn anything you want. Focus on your
breathing and what you want to create.

The paths now are getting further in the distance as you are coming back to the big and expanding
meadow. The paths are further away as you are in the present moment enjoying the resources you have
in this place of serenity.

You have time to learn some more. You notice there is a note in your pocket and with your mind’s eye
create this note to your three future self’s. You can thank them and write whatever you want on it.
Spend some time creating, imagining, feeling the passion on this note and writing it. This is your story
that you get to create. That feels pretty good, doesn’t it? When you are ready drop the note in the
stream, so it flows in the direction of your future. You have this note in your unconscious mind so you
can refer to it whenever you want.
You have done so well today in this present moment and in each of the futures. You can congratulate
yourself on achieving so much now. Know that all the advice you got today easily will come true and
your ideal future is yours.

Focus on your breathing because in a moment I’ll count up from one to five so you can reorient to the
room. If you want to drift to sleep you can ignore the next few suggestions and enjoy a calm and
soothing sleep.

Hypnosis to be More Ambitious


Find a comfortable spot to sit or lie down because in a few moments you can close your eyes when you
are ready to relax. Do not close your eyes unless you are really ready to relax and enjoy this time you
have set aside for yourself to relax and be more ambitious. During this session you’ll gain more
motivation than you had before and you’ll relax now because you’re listening to the sound of my voice.

My voice goes with you and you are here because you have chosen this hypnosis and that means you
are ready to relax more. You can relax more, can you not. That’s right you are doing so well so far.
You are creating this relaxation and you are creating this place of serenity that you are sitting or lying
down in. You are choosing to relax more as each moment passes and this feels pretty good, doesn’t it?
What do you think you see when you relax? What do you notice that you hear when you relax? What do
you notice you feel as you relax more and what do you say to yourself as you relax? Think of each of
these questions if you want to because soon you’ll be relaxing much deeper than you are already.

Now as you are relaxing so much and continue to sink deeper with every word that I say and every word
that you hear and with each moment or each second that passes you can imagine a picture with your
mind’s eye. This image or picture is of a clock. This is not any ordinary clock. This is a clock that has no
second hand and no minute hand. The clock only has an hour hand. The hand is set at twelve.

I’m going to do something that is super easy and will guide you to relax even more. I am going to move
the hour hand in reverse one hour at a time from twelve all the way to one. With each hour and each
number that you see it pass you will relax twice as deep and twice as much as you are right now. You’ll
feel twice as calm in this place of serenity you’ve created.

There is no end to the depth of relaxation that you create because you have chosen this session and that
means you are enjoying a deep state of hypnosis and relaxation. The amount of relaxation is limitless
because you feel so good and there are so many benefits of feeling this good, right? The deeper relaxed
you are the deeper you can go. The deeper you can go, the deeper you want to go. As deep as you want
to go is as calm, peaceful and relaxed you choose to be now. So let go completely now and be aware as I
move the hour hand back one hour at a time.

And now I’ve decided to start as easy as you have decided to relax and learn today. I’ve moved the hour
hand from twelve to eleven. You’re definitely relaxing and it is doubling with each number, isn’t it? You
are more relaxed than you were before and imagine being more relaxed now. The deeper you go the
more you are able to be aware of your future self who is the person you are becoming as you are sitting
here listening to me.

And now I’ve moved it all the way down to ten so you feel twice as relaxed as you were before and you
feel twice as calm, peaceful and relaxed. There’s never any sense of stress or tension when you do this
because the deeper you relax, the deeper you can go. The deeper you can go, the deeper you want to
go. The deeper you want to go is how deep you are able to go. That’s right you experience more calm,
peace and relaxation.

And now down to nine the hour hand has moved again. Twice as relaxed, feeling twice as calm again.
You are feeling twice as peaceful and twice as relaxed.

As you follow the sound and pace of my voice and I guide you to relax more so you enjoy this hypnosis
your future self is the person who you are becoming. They will guide you with anything you need. They’ll
guide you to any abilities, resources and support. This will free yourself and empower you to let go of
any limitations that you think hold you back. The guide that you have will show you to let go of any
limitations in the right way and at the right time. Your future self will guide you to keep what is valuable
to you and show you to let go of any limitations or anything else that you want to release.

Eight your relaxation is as twice as deep. You are sinking down and further down. The feeling you create
is twice as good. You let your future self know how to handle any limitations in your reality because it’s
leading you to a new and bright future.
The hour hand moves to seven. You relax twice as deep again and again. You are feeling twice as calm,
peaceful and relaxed.

Six this is even deeper relaxed. Be aware of what you feel and be aware of how good this feels. You can
imagine now that you are about halfway how good you’re going to feel when you are at one.

Five you are twice as relaxed again. You are feeling twice as calm, peace and relaxed again. You are
getting so relaxed, deeper relaxed and enjoying this moment. This time you set aside for yourself today
guides you to relax deeper and deeper.

Four twice as relaxed and deeper and deeper.

Three twice as relaxed and feeling twice as calm, peaceful and relaxed.

Two relaxing deeper and deeper and twice as deep.

One you are limitless and so relaxed and you can relax more with each word that you hear or each word
that I say.

During this session you have chosen you will become much more ambitious than you are now. You’ll be
more ambitious in the future than you are now and how much you have been in the past which has lead
you to now and wanting to create this ambitious future. You can easily increase how ambitious you are
because you have access to the unconscious mind where learning, habits and new behaviors are created
and formed.

You can easily focus the unconscious mind to be hungry for success, can you not and you allow yourself
to feel unlimited feelings of happiness and joy about this. Ambition, success, happiness and joy are
things that are natural for you.

One of the easiest ways to be more ambitious is to know that you are only competing with yourself.
Your goals are achieved because you are better in the future than you are now. This seems pretty easy,
right? So think of a few ways that you can achieve things easily in the future because you are better then
than you are now. Notice what you see, what you hear, what you feel and really heighten these
emotions. Really focus in on what you are doing. In what ways are you better? What are you achieving
because of this? Act as if you have these things now.

There are many more things you can do and drift and dream for a few moments as you relax more. Five
relaxing more, four deeper relaxed, three you can relax more, two you want to relax more, one you’re
feeling more relaxed and zero you are ready to learn so much more.

Some of the other ways that you are more ambitious is because you surround yourself with ambitious
people, continuously set achievable goals, take exciting risks that benefit you, use your creativity and
imagination, your goals are a priority, you have positive thoughts and you easily have shifted to a
mindset that is abundant. You also have endless motivation and know how to take action now.

Think of something you have been putting off for a little while that you know you have to do. What is it
that is holding you back? When did you decide this? What can you learn from it so you can let go of it
now and take action? What will you want to do now because you know you can achieve this with
endless motivation and ambition?
Soon you will change how you feel about having more ambition and how easily you can be more
ambitious. This is so you enjoy achieving your goals and know that you deserve it all and more. As a
result of having more ambition now you’ll have so much success.

You are reaching down into the depths of your vast untapped and unlimited and ever-expanding
potential for feeling ambitious and totally motivated. There are giant waves of unconditional positive
thoughts you have for you and for everyone around you who sees that you are ambitious. You are
growing stronger and the thoughts of being ambitious are more intense and more real with every
second as you are guided by the sound of my voice.

The waves of ambition, happiness and joy are becoming stronger and even more intense than before
now. The feelings and sensations fill each and every muscle, tendon, fiber and cell. It fills every nerve
because you have a strong energy that benefits you in every way. This feels pretty good, doesn’t it?

As you were reunited earlier with what you need to do to be more ambitious your mind was filled with
possibilities and thoughts of unlimited expansion towards being ambitious. It is almost impossible to
even consider anything else. All you want to do is feel happiness and joy washing over you. This is
growing in intensity with each moment as you listen to the sound of my voice. You and this picture you
created earlier share the happiness and joy of being ambitious. It something that is constantly
expanding and is unlimited just like the universe.

This energy that has been created and formed is the relationship you have anytime you think about
ambition. You know you have ambition and it is natural for you. This reminds you of how happy and full
of joy you are because you are achieving and have so much success. Being ambitious means you feel
empowered in all ways and this feeling you have goes out to every aspect in your reality.

Anytime you need to enjoy this moment again and this ambition again know that you can. All you need
to do is think about you having ambition, happiness and joy along with this picture. This is an energy
that is infinite, expanding and unlimited. This keeps you going each and every day towards achieving
more and being ambitious. From this moment on you have a large amount of ambition and this brings
you so much happiness and joy.

This is a time where you want to have a picture of you before this hypnosis session and compare it to
how you feel and look now. Notice what differences there are and be aware of how much more
ambition you have. Spend a minute enjoying the picture with so much ambition. That’s right you are
doing excellent. You can congratulate yourself on doing so well today because you have new behaviors,
new habits and new learnings that empower you to be better than you are now.

Focus on your breathing. Breathing in so much ambition, happiness and joy and breathe in all the way to
your stomach. This is so ambition, happiness and joy flow through your whole body. You can breathe
out and breathe out any doubts or worries. Having ambition is natural for you. Having ambition is easy
for you. Having endless motivation, happiness and joy is natural for you. Having endless motivation,
happiness and joy is easy for you.

Let these suggestions and all the other suggestions be in your unconscious mind. The suggestions are
here whenever you need them. This is time that you have set aside for yourself today and you chose to
create so much ambition. Relax, see, hear and feel these suggestions because in a minute I’ll count up
from one to five so you can reorient to the room. Or you can ignore the suggestion and drift into a
comfortable sleep.

Hypnosis to Connect with the


Superconscious Mind
Find a place to comfortably relax because this is a beneficial hypnosis session. Close your eyes only if you
are ready to relax. Focus on your breathing taking full big deep breaths into your stomach. Your stomach
goes out on the in breath and in on the out breath. Mindfully focus on the feeling the breathing has on
your nostrils. The calm and coolness of it. Enjoy this moment you have created for yourself.

Notice how the breath feels in your body as it goes through your chest and lungs and into your stomach.
Be aware of the wave of relaxation that goes from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. I know
you are feeling more relaxed already as you see this wave of relaxation and hear the sounds of your
breath.
As you are deeper relaxed focus on this moment and your breath more. Now focus on your legs. You
may choose either to focus on the left leg, that being the right choice for you, or the right leg, leaving
only one left to choose from, right?

As someone like you enters a state of relaxation they often feel different sensations. There are
sensations of being calm and cool or more warmth and heaviness. Or even a bigger wave of relaxation
comes over you because you are so relaxed.

You easily have the ability to focus and concentrate on your legs. You notice how relaxed you are. As
you relax you are perfectly calm and peaceful.

You can focus on your legs that warmth or coolness in your legs. Either the right or the left or even focus
on your hands and fingers. Maybe the soft tingling sensation in your fingers and the way they rest on
your lap. Is this a sensation you have ever paid attention to before?

Anything you experience is best because you are in control and concentrating on what you create. You
are the creator of this and it is wonderful, isn’t it? You can certainly and effortlessly use these sensations
and imagine yourself going into a deeper state of relaxation.

Do you see how easily you can relax just like you have relaxed so many times before? Is this the most
relaxed you have been? A person is able to easily relax more when they focus, hear soothing sounds,
feel comfortable sensations and tell themselves they can relax efficiently.

Relaxation is something you create and enjoy. I know you are enjoying the time you have set aside today
to relax and learn during this hypnosis session. This shows you how you already are so successful.

As easily as you have created all this you can also create something from within. You can tell yourself
that your hands are warm and heavy. My hands are warm and heavy, my hands are warm and heavy
and my hands are warm heavy. Is this warmth like a day of afternoon sun.

This is so soothing and feels pretty good, doesn’t it? As you focus you are ready now to deepen your
relaxation because in a few moments you’ll notice a beautiful staircase that you can easily go down and
with each step you’ll double your relaxation.

This hypnosis and relaxation you have created is a way to connect with the superconscious mind which
is where you to have access to the collective conscious or infinite intelligence. I'm sure you've heard of
having a gut instinct and that is because you've been touched with the superconscious mind.
You suddenly have creativity, inspiration, a wonderful or idea or the impulse to act right now. It is where
all creative imagination and intuitive guidance is. All your thoughts are not strong enough to enter
the superconscious realm and words alone will not go there because there has to be a highly emotional
charge to enter the superconscious realm. In this hypnosis you will be guided to relax so you know how
you can be so creative with the superconscious mind. This sounds pretty good, doesn’t it?
One of the easiest ways to access the superconscious is to imagine, talk, think and visualize things that
you really want in your reality. If you have a real desire, intention and belief then you can easily enter
the superconscious.

Think of something right now that you really want so you can learn how you can access the
superconscious mind. Imagine what you would see, what you would hear, what you would feel and
what you would say to yourself. Know that any thoughts, beliefs, desires or images that are always in
your conscious have to be brought into reality through the superconscious mind.

Really heighten the emotions that you have with this thought because it has to be highly emotional to
enter the superconscious mind. That’s right you are doing excellent so far thinking, dreaming and
believing things will become a reality through the superconscious mind.

It is easy to receive from the superconscious mind too. Have you ever wanted to do something and felt
so attached to the result instead of focusing on what you have done already? This is a way for you to be
aware that you can easily let go of the result and instead focus on heightening the emotions to get to
the superconscious mind. You have direct access to the unconscious mind when doing hypnosis and that
paves an easy way to through to the superconscious mind.

When you are relaxing and ideas come to your mind that is a way you have gotten through to the
superconscious mind. Now that you have so much creativity using the unconscious mind it is a good
thing to act right away on ideas and implement them when they come to you from the superconscious.
Many times people listen to hypnosis, go for a peaceful walk outside, are mindful of the present
moment or wake up from a refreshing sleep and ideas easily flow to their mind from the
superconscious.

You can do many of these activities each day, can you not. These are really easy ways to get through to
the superconscious mind where more creativity and intuition is accessed.

There is an exercise you can do each day for about ten minutes and you can do this now because you
are listening to this hypnosis. I will show you how can easily do this and go right through to the
superconscious mind. This is what you want to do, isn’t it?

Create with your mind’s eye using the creative and intuitive part of your mind a work area that you love
to work in. Focus in on some of the details. Is this place inside or outside? What colors? What
equipment, tools or electronics are there if any? It is big or small? Bare or decorated? As you are
creating this relax more and enjoy this moment.

With your mind’s eye really visualize this and go in and design it and create it. This is your work area
where so many ideas will come and you can take action and implement them right away.

Think for a few moments what you will do in here, what type of work, what type of creativity, how much
intuition you have and how much success will come from this work area you create and design.
You are doing so well so far and imagine that in here are guides that you have. You can call them or have
them come any time you need advice. Take a few minutes and imagine what you would ask them or
what advice they can give you. This will guide you to know exactly what actions you can take after you
listen to this hypnosis session. These guides empower you with endless motivation.
You have done so well today and have learned so much. You know how to access the superconscious
mind. You know what it takes to do this. You know how to suggest and send messages to the
superconscious mind. You know how to receive from the superconscious mind. You know how to create
and design a work area and call to your guide or guides so you know what actions you have to do now.
Imagine yourself at a time in the future where you have access to the superconscious mind because you
have this knowledge, work area, guides and wisdom. Notice what you do and how confident you look.
Be aware of what you hear, what you feel and what you would say to yourself because you are ready to
achieve so much, right?

Just like you spent the time now learning, creating and imagining you have to do this in the future too
for ten minutes each day. This will guide you to have so much creativity and intuition, so you know what
to act on and implement to achieve success.

You have learned so much today and go ahead and focus on your breathing like you did earlier so you
can relax for a minute or two and let all the things you learned and all the things you have now to
achieve success are in your unconscious mind so you can effortlessly go to the superconscious mind. In a
few moments I am going to count up from one to five so you can reorient to the room. You can ignore
the suggestions and numbers and relax more or sleep if you want to.
