Use of Infinitive

to learn or not to learn?


1. We use Infinitive after some verbs

I want to speak English better


so I decided to go to the
Speaking Club.

Most common verbs: pretend, promise, plan, hope, learn, seem,


want, decide, ask, forget, agree, offer, start/finish, try, need

2. We use Infinitive after adjectives

It's easy (for me) to learn


some new English words. It's
difficult to remember all of
them though.
